The national perspective - regulations
• The universities must notify the national archives of new it-systems
• The national archives decide which records the universities are to keep and which can be disposed of
• The universities must transfer paper records to the national archives when they are app.15 years old
• The universities must transfer digital records to the national archives when they are app.5 years old
• The national archives have set down standards for the transfer of records
