How to write a successful Comenius proposal
• Project idea –Innovative idea (Simple ideas are the best ideas. What are the priorities of the EU?)
• What are the regulations of the LLP?• Structure the proposal (Clear objectives,
clear WPs)
• Select partnership (spread across EU, different types of organizations)
• Share the idea with partners (Preparatory meetings, through e-mails, skype meetings)

• Writing up (Be explicit and don’t take anything for granted, clear and not too many deliverables)
• How long it takes to write a proposal? (start early, 1-4 months)
• Preparation of the budget (Estimate the cost, think about everything, be realistic)
