� November to March – Expert Panel application assessment

� January /February – Clarifications issued to cities

� April – Shortlisted cities announcement

� May – Shortlisted cities present to the Jury

� June – Winner announced at the EGC award ceremony

Update technical indicator criteria and rules of competition

Manage application form and guidance note revision (in conjunction with experts & commission)

Validate criteria

Keep up to date with environmental policy

Conduct city background check in association with Commission

Convene & Manage the Expert Panel to complete the technical assessment of the 12 indicators included in the application form
