Social skills and competences In my capacity as the secretary School of Business Welfare Association, University of Nairobi, I have been able to interact with colleagues from all backgrounds in Kenya and therefore acquired good communication skills when handling a big group and also the ability to listen and solve their problems associated to welfare.
