IMPROVE PERFORMANCE WITH EUROMAX™ – THE NEXT GENERATION PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS
For years, Progressive Cavity (PC) Pumps have been a relatively unchanging workhorse of the heavy oil industry. Stuck “inside the circle” of familiar pipe, the PC Pump seemed destined to stay the same, well into the future.
That was until some “outside the circle” thinking made EUROMax a reality. A result of extensive testing and product development, the EUROMax line of Progressive Cavity Pumps is a completely new approach to the PC Pump – you could say, the shape of things to come. The revolutionary profile of the stator is the basis for significant improvements in overall pump performance.
The EUROMax Design » By forming the stator tube, the thickness of the elastomer is consistent throughout the stator. The stator tube profile also minimizes internal stator profile distortion. This design inherently results in numerous benefits:
» Reduced pump operating torque and improved mechanical efficiency
» Reduced heat build-up and improved heat dissipation
» Consistent thermal and chemical elastomer swell
» Improved pump pressure capacity
»Reduced overall stator length and weight:
– Easier to transport and handle
– Shorter polish rod required

1. Record rod string weight before entering stator with rotor 3. Lift up rod string weight to take the slack out of the rods.
2. Lower rotor down to tag bar. (Confirm that you are on tag bar at least 3 times)

HORIZONTAL PCP GAS SEPARATOR
Features and Benefits » Improves the volumetric efficiency of a PC Pump when landed in the horizontal section of the wellbore.
» Enables the PC Pump to draw the denser less gasified fluid from the annular space.
» The majority of the light gassier production fluid bypasses the inlet of the pump.
» Attaches directly to the bottom of the tag bar.
» 2” x 12” slot on the weighted internal tube.
TAG BAR – ROTOR DESIGNATION
1. Rotor designation is distance from elastomer to the tag bar pin (cm). “K” Designates “kicker”
2. Available in 2 ” EUE or 3” EUE threads
3. Available in solid, 1” or 2” slots
