TECNICAL DATA• Cylindrical horizontal vessel with inner trough suitably

perforated for a perfect transport of synthetic or naturalfabrics

• Overflow rinse of the vessel/trough by means of liquor cir-culation pump

• Fabric transport group comprising: independently drivendragging reel, Hydrovario (nozzle system with adjustableaperture), shaped transport tubes to grant a perfect fabricrun and deposit without tension/abrasion

PCx: industrial PC developed in Windows roomto improve all diagnostic functions, monitoringand automation of dyeing machines.With Touch-Screen, purposely designed forindustrial use, the access to functions is easyand immediate.

Upon Customer's request it is always possible toinstall different brands of controllers.

A pedido do Cliente é sempre possível insta-lar controladores de marcas diferentes.

Dois reservatórios auxiliares para produtos, cada um completo com o seu próprio misturador, sonda pneumática, serpentina de aquecimento, recirculação da solução líquida para tornar amistura e dissolução do produto muito mais fácil.Graças a estes equipamentos, os tempos deparagem e os tempos de espera são reduzidossignificativamente, também no caso dos sistemasde doseamento automático.

MST (reservatório ao lado da máquina): reservatório de prepara-ção da solução líquida com sistema de controlo e gestão do nívelatravés de sonda pneumática para a redução dos tempos de inac-tividade nas fases de enchimento da solução líquida.

MQD (descarga rápida da máquina): descarga rápida através debomba de circulação principal.
