Our major rail line is threatened with foolish privatisation. Vital green spaces are menaced by more ‘development’. Our coastline is at risk from schemes to extract more fossil fuels despite the threat from drastic climate change.
“I am active in campaigns for sustainable alternatives. As a parent I’m only too aware that we must face these challenges. Working in education, I see at firsthand the harm being done to the social fabric. Government and EU policies are hurting both people and planet. The Green Party is uniquely relevant to all these challenges.”
