EUR WOODEN FRAMES REQUIRMENT

RETURN SHIPMENT TO GNOTEC

GENERAL

All wooden frames shall be neutral (no logos) and made out of heat treated and marked according to

FAO:s ISPM15 standard.

The frames shall be made out of fabricated planed timber were all edges, corners and sides are

straight and full so it will leave no gap when assembled on a pallet. The frames shall be made out of

one wood 20x195mm with metal brackets and shall fit the EUR Pallet standard sizes 1200x800x200

and be foldable.

Brackets shall be galvanized (not painted) and rivets shall be solid rolled riveted.

Weight approx. 7,5kg.

PACKAGING

Frames shall be stacked and strapped on a EUR pallet.

Maximum 500mm high (10 frames high) as picture below shows.

PALLET CONDITIONS

Pallets shall be in usable condition and ISPM 15 approved.

All pallets shall be free from dirt.

All pallets shall be dry and shall not exceed the humidity level of 20%.

PACKAGING CONDITIONS

EUR Pallets

Pallets shall be stapled on top of each other as per below picture.

K-pallets

Shall be stapled as per below and strapped with one plastic band together 20 pallets in one stack.
