Students and staff members of all part-ner universities as well as other nationals of any ACP partner countries.
WHAT IS KITE
KITE is a scholarship opportunity for students and staff from the African- Caribbean- Pacific (ACP) region to study or carry out their research in selected high-quality universities in Europe. 226 scholarships are waiting for the suitable candidates to apply for them. There are absolutely no restrictions of age, sex, religion, social group membership and financial resources are in effect for prospective KITE grantees.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND DURATION
The programme is financed by the European Union and offers FULL FINANCIAL SUPPORT covering monthly allowances (see below), tuition fees (where applicable), travel costs and insurance (travel, health, accident).
Level of mobility Duration Monthly allowances
Master’s 5-22 months €1,000 per month
Doctorate 6-36 months €1,500 per month
Staff 1 month €2,500 per month
FIELDS OF STUDY
All partner universities in Europe are comprehensive universities that offer a wide range of studies which are open to participants of the KITE programme. At the same time, the academic needs and expertise of universities are taken as the basis for the mobility frame. Further details are provided on the website.
