RU-EU Partnership and Cooperation agreement

• Modernization of Russia`s transit system, 3 MEUR. + Improving cooperation with Russian counterparts and reducing time for border-crossing, 5 MEUR

• Estonia-Latvia-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation program 2007-2013, objectives: Socio-economic development, common-challenges, people to people cooperation, 23 MEUR
