The latest in testing technologyThe Ethos 7920 Multifunction Tester has been

designed and built to the highest standards

providing you with a safe and simple solution to your

test requirements.

The 7920 tester is used to verify the safety of

domestic, commercial, and industrial installations.

All testing is required to meet the current IET 17th

edition of the wiring regulations (BS7671). The 7920

covers all aspects of these requirements with ease

of use and safety in mind.

Test selection is easy to follow with the large rotary

selector and easy to read large display. The F1-F4

keys also keep the type of test you require simple

by following the screen selection.

Important: The 7920 provides a special safety

feature that allows inadvertent connection to a live

circuit when performing a dead test by operating

a warning system on the instrument both visual and

audible so the user is made aware of their mistake.

In addition to this, a safety cut-out will operate

and ensure that no damage is caused both to the

instrument and the user.

Suitable for Part P and Approved CertifiersThe Ethos 7800 is a combined Earth Loop Impedance/RCD Tester for testing of energised circuits.

Utilising the latest technology, the non trip loop test allows a safe test result even if an RCD is in circuit

and gives an accurate value to a resolution of 0.1. The RCD test has an auto sequence facility allowing

the contractor to stay with the RCD and keep resetting the RCD until it stops tripping. It saves time on

testing but also ensures the correct procedure has been carried out simply and safely.

technology built in, allowing quick cable free communication with all your accessory equipment for example

A basic, handheld safety checker that is easy to useThe Ethos 9120 PAT Checker is light and portable

but has a greatly simplified range of tests. The 9120

has three operational modes and is an easy to use,

comprehensive unit. Simply select which test you

require of either; Class 1 test, Class 2 test or IEC

lead test then push the button that relates to it. It is

easy to read display is simple and registers PASS or

FAIL. Connect the 9120 to a power outlet and it will

automatically check the socket wiring and mains

voltage. It does not get much simpler. The 9120 is

a rugged and simple pass and fail checker. A great

A powerful, push-button appliance and socket testerThe Ethos 9125 has to be the easiest PAT Tester

available. The 9125 has three operational modes

and is an easy to use, comprehensive unit. Simply

select which test you require of either; Class 1

test, Class 2 test or IEC lead test then push the

button that relates to it and let the 9125 do all

the work. The 9125 will then give you a value of

the individual tests and will even indicate to you

whether an appliance has passed or failed. You

can also check the installation socket wiring and

mains voltage with the 9125 by simply connecting

it to the mains. The large very easy to read display

gives clear and precise values.

Enhanced tester with qwerty keypadThe Ethos 9500 is designed for high volume users in

portable appliance testing who wish to perform in line

tests. With its full qwerty key pad, including fast key

selection, the tester is able to test for earth bond and

touch leakage while the equipment remains powered up,

this makes the test process even more convenient. With

up to 5000 memory locations and a real time clock this is

one of the most powerful testers available on the market

today. The most prominent features are the incorporation

of a qwerty keyboard for speed of use, fast key selection

for instant test selection and the large LCD display. The

Ethos 9500 incorporates specially developed software

which compares successive test results for the same

item of electrical equipment. The inclusion of two serial

The Ethos 9015 Portable Appliance Testing Software encompasses database

software for use with Ethos 9600 and Ethos 9500 PAT Testers. Ethos 9015 has a

unique presentational layout enabling the software to be used very easily with little

or no training. Installing the programme is easy with the help of the Set-up Wizard.

Data change and manipulation are just a couple of mouse clicks away considerably

reducing the time you need to spend on data input. There is a complete overview of

the location and test status of appliances which can be simply dragged and dropped

from one location to another. Repeat testing requirements can easily be displayed

upon the overview of appliances allowing scheduling of re-tests to be conveniently
