ETHICS COMMISSION
PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS – December, 2014
The Ethics Commission (EC) has taken the following recent disciplinary action. According to Section 1.3 of the
Enforcement Procedures for the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics, with the exception of those cases
involving only reprimand, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) “will report the
conclusions and sanctions in its official publications and will also communicate to any appropriate persons or
entities.”

Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards (2010)
Bryan J. Wodaski, OTR/L Revocation of Membership: Effective December 15, 2014
Violation of Principles 1B, 1E, 1F, 2J, 3G, 3H, 5G, 5O, 6B, 6C, 6D,
6E, and 6F of the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics
Standards (2010).
