I need to fully learn the mechanics of the luxury retail business but ultimately, I want to be in a more creative, project oriented environment and I feel product design and development is where retail strategy originates. This means I need to transition from buying/planning to product design and development.”

I would like to transition from assortment and forecasting to product design and

development.

In a reasonable timeframe, I would like to transition from assortment and

forecasting to product design and development.

In 18 months time, I should transition from a senior analyst position in

assortment and forecasting to a project manager position in product design

and development.

position in assortment and forecasting to a project manager position in product

design and development?
