PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2020, the above-captioned debtors and

debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of an

Order Authorizing the Debtors to Retain and Compensate Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary

Course of Business [Docket No. 191] (the “OCP Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy

Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Court”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on June 9, 2020, the Court entered the

Order Authorizing the Debtors to Retain and Compensate Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary

Course of Business [Docket No. 287] (the “OCP Order”). The OCP Order sets forth a

nonexclusive list (the “OCP List”) of the Debtors’ ordinary course professionals (“OCPs”),

attached thereto as Exhibits 2, 3 and 4 (the “Original OCP List”).

Debtors filed a second amended OCP list (the “Second Amended OCP List”) [Docket No. 648].

On September 3, 2020, the Debtors filed a third amended OCP list (the “Third Amended OCP

List”) [Docket No. 746]. On November 12, 2020, the Debtors filed a fourth amended OCP list

(the “Fourth Amended OCP List”) [Docket No. 1018]. On November 25, 2020, the Debtors

filed a fifth amended OCP list (the “Fifth Amended OCP List”) [Docket No. 1082].

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Debtors hereby amend the OCP List as

set forth on Exhibit A hereto (the “Sixth Amended OCP List”). A redline of the Sixth Amended

OCP List against the Fifth Amended OCP List is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that notice of the Sixth Amended OCP List will

be provided to the OCP Notice Parties pursuant to and as such term is defined in the OCP Order.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the OCP Motion, the OCP Order,

and all pleadings or other documents filed in the chapter 11 cases may be obtained for a fee via
