Welcome to the ESPS Electrical Safety Training System (ESTS) Training Portal Corporate Account. The Corporate

Account provides a training management tool for purchasing, distributing, tracking and reporting on the

Purchasing Courses

In order to purchase courses for your employees you must first create a Corporate Account by hitting the “Sign Up”

button and entering all of the requested information. Following this you can proceed to purchase courses by clicking on

the “View/Purchase Courses” button on the main menu bar or from your Corporate Account Main Page.

On the next screen, click on the “Purchase Credits” button and process to enter in the amount of courses required for

your employees. One (1) Course will be required for each employee.

Once you have filled in the appropriate quantity, click the “add to cart button” and then “proceed to check out.”

You will then be required to submit your payment details. Upon completion of this last step, a receipt of purchase will be

emailed to the address on your account. A duplicate of this receipt will also be stored securely within your Corporate

Account for your reference. Your course credits will be automatically added to your account upon completion of

payment.

Distributing Courses

After your courses have been purchased, they will need to be distributed to your employees. From your Corporate

Account Main Page, click on “distribute courses.”

On the next screen, you will begin a 4 step process to distribute the courses you have purchased to your employees.

If you do not yet have any employees entered into your Corporate Account, you will be prompted to enter the employee

information for any persons requiring training. The address provided during this process will be used when the

permanent Training Certificate is mailed to the employee.

If you have already created accounts for your employees, select the “My user(s) already have account(s)” option. On the

next screen you will be asked to select which employees are to receive training. Simply check off the appropriate

employees and click on the “next” button.

Adding Employees

If you need to add your employees, select the “I need to CREATE my user(s)” option and click next. A total of 1-25

employees may be added at a time. If more than 25 employees require training, please send an email to support a

representative will be available to assist with importing your employees contact information.

Once the information for your employees is entered, check off the *“Send welcome email” option at the bottom of the

page and click “Add Users.”

*The welcome email contains your employees’ username and password with links to their student account user guide

and to our login page. We recommend that before you send the welcome email to everyone that you communicate to

your employees to expect this email.

Manual Distribution

Step 3 will require you to select the program to distribute to your employees. Select your program and click “Next”.

Step 4 will provide a review of the training being distributed. Clicking the “Finish” button will finalize this process and

your employees will be able to start their training immediately. If your account does not have sufficient training credits

to finalize this transaction a warning will appear. Clicking the “Purchase Credits” button will automatically fill your

shopping cart with the required credits.

Self-Serve Distribution

If you wish to allow your employees to create their own accounts as a self-serve option, an Enrollment Key may be

created and attached to your training credits. If a valid Enrollment Key is provided when your employees sign up for

their personal training account, the employee will automatically be assigned to your Corporate Account and issued a

training course.

To create an Enrollment Key, click on the "View/Purchase Courses" button to the left of the "Distribute Courses" on the top left corner of this page. Then click on the "Manage" button in the "Enroll Keys" column that is on the same line as the course you would like to create an enrollment key for.

Once inside the Enrollment Key Management Area, simply name your Enrollment Key. If a new user enters this key during the signup process, they will have one of the courses tied to this key automatically placed into their account (providing sufficient course credits are available). This new user will also automatically be tagged as belonging to the corporate account that created the enrollment key.

Simply pass the Enrollment Key out to your users and the rest will take care of itself.

Next, click on the “Manage” button in the “Enroll Keys” column.

You will then be required to enter a key phrase to be used by your employees. Your Enrollment Key may contain letters

and numbers but not spaces or special characters (!@#$%^&*). After adding your key, it will become active

immediately.

Please note that once a course is GRANTED to your EMPLOYEE a second email is automatically generated by the system

to advise them of this. This email contains links to the login page for them to start their course.

Reviewing Employee Training History

If you would like to review the training history for an individual employee, simply click the “Manage Users” button from

the Corporate Account main page and then click on the employee’s name or use the search field by simply typing in their

name.

From the employees account details screen, you are able to print Training Certificates, change employee information

(address etc…), view dates & time for training and other training details.

Reports

In addition to purchasing and distributing training, your Corporate Account provides a number of useful on-demand, up

to the minute reports for managing the training of your workforce. These reports are accessible at any time from the top

menu bar or the Corporate Account home page by clicking on the “View Reports” button.

Programs Granted

The “Programs Granted” report provides an overview of Programs granted for a given date range. This includes

programs which have been issued manually as well as programs issued by means of an Enrollment Key. This report is

available on screen or as a spreadsheet export.

User Progress

The “User Progress” report provides an overview of employee progress for a given date range and selection of programs

and/or exams. Details include passing status, time spent and date of completion. This report is available on screen or as

a spreadsheet export.

New Users

The “New Users” report provides information on new users added to your Corporate Account (manually and by means

of Enrollment Key) for a given date range.

Active Users

The “Active Users” report provides information on users who have accessed their training account for a given date

range. This report is available on screen or as a spreadsheet export.

Inactive Users

The “Inactive Users” report provides information on users who have had accounts created for them but who have not

accessed their training account for a given date range.

Certification Document Status

The “Certification Document Status” report provides information regarding the certificate issue status for your

employees.

ESTS Minimum System Requirements

Below you will find the minimum requirements for the ESTS to run on a student's machine:

- Screen resolution: 800x600 minimum, but 1024x768 is recommended.

- Color settings at least 24bit Type.

- Model and speed of processor (AMD, Athlon, Intel):

o Intel Pentium 4 2.33GHz, AMD AthlonT 64 2800+ processor (or equivalent) or PowerPC G5 1.8GHz or

faster processor Intel Core Duo 1.33GHz or faster processor

- RAM: 128 MB minimum.

- Operating System (version AND service pack): Windows XP, Service pack 1

- Browser at least Internet Explorer 8+ or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 +

- Browser Plug ins (name, version & release numbers):

o Adobe Acrobat Reader 5+

o Flash Plug ins (version & release number): Flash Player 8 or greater

o JavaScript version (required): 1.8.1

- Browser's Cookies need to be enabled.

Note: Course can be run without using Audio as content is displayed in text.

- No other software required to be installed by client, aside from browser with Flash.

- Browser security level settings can be left as they are as long as Javascript and cookies are allowed.

- LAN speed should be ADSL (128 kb/s) or faster.
