MULTIFUNCTIONAL & FLEXIBLEThe Estrel Congress & Messe Center is one of Berlin’s largest and most modern conference, trade fair and event locations. With 25,000 square metres of event space, 12,000 visitors can comfortably share the Center at any one time. A modular concept allows spaces in the Estrel Congress & Messe Center to be optimally customised for events of every size; in addition, countless combinations of over 75 rooms and foyers offer the high-est level of flexibility. From trade fairs, large conventions with exhibitions, conferences and company events all the way to more intimate receptions such as seminars or workshops, a clean, unobtrusive interior design, cutting-edge event technology and professional service provide the ideal framework for events of all kind.

Our tech experts will work closely with you to develop a customised technology plan to present your event in the best light and create a mood that registers on all the right levels.

3.1 EVENT TECHNOLOGY

TECHNICAL CONCEPTUALIZATION

Expert event technicians work with you to develop a customised technical concept to imaginatively bring your ideas to life – while never losing sight of your budget.

AUDIO TECHNOLOGY

To create the ideal acoustics across our various rooms and foyers for your event, we have perfectly coordinated digital sound technology, wireless microphones and an extensive selection of sound effect processors available.

CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGY

For conferences of varying sizes and requirements, we can provide conference communication systems for up to 100 terminals, corresponding sound systems with customizable sound control, state-of-the-art microphone technology, interpreters’ booths as well as infrared equipment and more.

LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY

With an arsenal of intelligent lighting systems, spotlights, fog machines and mirror balls, our lighting technicians can develop unique lighting concepts to create special effects, set the perfect mood and inspire won-der in your guests.

STAGE SETUP AND DESIGN / RIGGING

The core technical aspects of your event, stage set-up and design, may be expertly implemented by using our specially designed fly system. Our technical professionals strictly adhere to important guidelines when setting up and operating the respective motors and special features to ensure safety and perfect coordination. Whether your event features an illuminated stage, moving panels and platforms or spectacular show unveilings, our sophisticated equipment enables the perfect orchestration of your event’s concept.

SUCCESSFUL NETWORKINGThe Estrel Congress & Messe Center makes use of a strong IT infrastructure and diverse IT services to ensure that no matter where they are in the Estrel, all event participants have seamless internet access as well as continual access to the data provided via the network of the event. Our internal IT department has years of experience, ranging from customer support to outfitting events with a complete range of IT technology:

CREATING EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES AT THE ESTREL AND BEYOND

In addition to the Estrel event team’s expertise in orchestrating excellent events at the Estrel Congress & Messe Center, you may also look to them to expertly realize your off-site functions as well. Take advantage of their know-how and insider knowledge to create a customized concept, find the perfect location, prepare a culinary and beverage menu, as well as coordinating the set-up and teardown of all event aspects from chairs to decorations to on-site tech. Throughout the program, your guests are taken care of by a professional service team. Years of catering experience ensure that your events’ requirements and ideas are brought to life with creativity and attention to detail.

3.3 CATERING

ESTREL HOTEL – AN INIMITABLE STAY

The Estrel Congress & Messe Center is directly connected to the Estrel Hotel, which features 1,125 rooms and suites as well as five restaurants, three bars and a summer garden. Our on-site parking garage along with an additional parking lot directly adjacent to the hotel coupled with excellent public transportation in the direct proximity, mean easy accessibility for you and your guests.

At the Estrel Festival Center, you’ll experience world-class entertainment on the highest niveau. Accessible from the hotel via a glass-roofed bridge, the Festival Center plays home to Berlin’s most successful live show, “Stars in Concert”, an homage to the world’s greatest music legends. Alongside other stunning show specials, “Stars” is a trademark of the Estrel’s spectacular enter-tainment offerings. Book yourself a seat at their next performance or reserve the show exclusively for your event.

5 ESTREL FESTIVAL CENTER

on request

The minimum rental rate corresponds with the rental rate for 10 hours. If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, the rent for each commenced hour of extension corresponds with 1/10 of the “10-hour rental rate”. The rent includes basic seating, air conditioning, cleaning once per day and the general lighting (excluding stage lighting). Additional services and changes in the furnishings / equipment of the rooms (such as the installation or removal of furniture) are invoiced separately. Rehearsals and set-up or breakdown days for the tenant are invoiced at 50 % of the rental rate. Personnel expenses for set-up, operation and breakdown of the technical equip-ment during rehearsals and the event are invoiced on the basis of the amount of time they involve, in any case a mini-mum of 4 hours. All function space is air-conditioned. The capacity chart reflexes the maxi-mum capacities of each room per seating style. The legally required VAT is not included in the specified prices.
