Estimate of Construction of proposed London Palace Marriage Palace, situated at V&P.O.

Phuglana, Tehsil: & District: Hoshiarpur, belonging to Mr. Varinder Kumar S/O. Mr. Gian Chand and

Mr. anuj Jain S/O. Mr. Varinder Kumar , is as Follows:

Total Proposed Coverage = As detailed in attached plan

Proposed Speci f icat ions for Hal l:

The structure will be framed structure with isolated footing and A.C.C. Sheets over steel roof truss.

False ceiling with fancy electric lamps will be provided The General Specifications are as Follows.

1. The foundation Concrete is to be of (1:1.5:3)

2. The brick work in plinth & Superstructure is of Ist Class in c.m. (1: 6)

3. The R. C. C. work is to be carried out in the proportion of (1:1.5:3) by Machine mixing.

4. The wooden doors are to be provided with brass fittings & fixtures & with wooden frame.

5. The fully Glazed windows are to be provided with safety grills

6. The vitrified tile. flooring will be provided.

7. The inside cement plaster will be of 12 cm thick & of proportion (1: 4)

8. The sand faced plaster is to be provided on the exterior surface of walls.

9. The underground concealed type wiring is to be provided for Electrification.

10. Own Arrangement is to be done for Water Supply.

11. Own Arrangement is to be done for Sanitation.

12. O.B.D. Will be used Inside & Snowcem Outside.

13. Twenty no. of P. V. C. Pipes of Diameter 80 cm will be provided for disposal of Rain water

The quantities of various materials Required & Labour requirement is Calculated & the cost ofMaterials & Labour is calculated based upon P. W. D. Schedule of Rates 2010with appropriatepremiums there upon up to 2014 (on page no. 2)
