Terms of Sale: The land will be sold in 2 tracts and not combined. The buyer(s) and seller will enter into a contract with 15% down by bankable check with closingon or before October 27, 2017. At that time, buyer(s) will receive quality title, appropriate deed, and possession of the home, timber land, and CRP land.
