Good overview of legal framework and policies for extension delivery

Interim committee should be in place and tasked to work on the processes on the constitution. This should be a support for the focal point
Constitution of established CF should be shared through AFAAS Secretariat

Need to balance existing National policies and structures with AFAAS principles for sustainability

management and procurement and the standards associated to CF
