It is a fact that individuals who attend university also helps individual to achieve the higher pay rates. Individuals who do not attend university fail to update their skill levels according to the changes in the market and have greater tendency to land on a job with less pay rate. University degree makes an individual stronger and increases confidence as well as it also enables the individual to meet deadlines and to take responsibility by showing performance under pressure. The multicultural and cosmopolitan atmosphere of universities bring people from all nationalities together which increase tolerance, socialization and exposure of the students . Enabling the students to be able to travel abroad and work in any part of the world with different people. University gives professional training which has a significant impact on an individual and his or her life. It assists and helps individuals to choose their professions by providing awareness on different available professional fields. In todays world of recession it is necessary to keep up-to-date with the latest skill sets available to be able to find better jobs . The global credit crunch has presented individuals with new challenges in finding the right job. Attending university is extremely significant and the effects of going to university include, increased knowledge of the specific professional field and acquiring skill sets to become entrepreneur of the future. The cause of attending universities on individuals includes how to peruse, reflect, investigate, listen, contend, and specifically, extend their knowledge (Philip, 1850). All the causes and effects of attending university are positive and increase the number of employed individuals in the country.ConclusionAttending universities enables individuals to enter the professional world enabling them to become the part of the economy. It could be said that the individuals who complete their university education have greater chances to be successful in their fields and reach to higher positions. Assuming that everybody in social norms gets a professional education, the public order could be enhanced by increasing the sense of social responsibility and ethics in the individual.
