The Back ButtonsUsing the back buttons in ESS can be tricky Here are some things to remember:

Never use the browser back button ( ) to go “back” in ESS

X

takes you to the previous screen

takes you to the main ESS screen


Log Off Click the Log off button

Always Log Off before you close the browser window. If you don’t and you re-enter ESS, you may receive a message that your ID is locked.

Fixing “Locked” IDs: Log off and wait 30 minutes – it should clear on its own.

A pop-up window displays so you can

verify the log off
