CONNECTION ALLOWANCE
Electrical Connection - up to 10m from mains con-nection point to meterbox.
Water Connection - up to 10m from water meter to house.
Sewer & Stormwater - up to 10m from mains connection point to house connection point.
NBN - Connection from street to house.
Gas - up to 10m from mains to house.
STRUCTURAL & EXTERNAL
Frames & Trusses - "H2" 90mm 2440 high treated pine frames with trusses designed to suit N2 wind classification.
Fascia, Barges & Gutters - ColorBond metal fascia & Hi-Front slotted quad gutters
Termite Treatment - as per Australian Standards 3660.1.
Downpipes - PVC painted
Roof - Concrete Bristile classic range roof tiles with a 20 degree pitch
Brickwork - Austral Bricks Everyday Life range
Render to External Walls - 2 coats of coloured rendered finish (as indicated on plans).
Sarking - to all external walls and roof.
Stackstone - Flat stackstone with mitred edge (as indicated on plans)
Timber Posts - “H2” 90mm Treated Pine Painted Posts (where applicable).
Garage Door - B&D Garage Door - full panel lift CSI Series
External Balustrade - Powder coated ColorBond coloured handrail with vertical square balustrade (where applicable).

Rainwater Tank - Poly 2000 Litre tank with rain water tap (as per BASIX Certificate).
Landscaping - Turf laid to both front and rear areas, or as per landscaping plan (as per Estate Requirements).
Garden Taps - One (1) to the front and one (1) to the rear.
Driveway - Driveway to be “colour-on” broom finish & cross-over to be plain concrete broom finish
