When do we use this tense?
The imperfect tense is Spanish is used to:-
• describe things that used to happen (and may be on-going)
• places,objects and people (in the past)
In English it is normally translated as “I used to”:
I used to eat chips every day.

He was playing football once a week.

How do we form the imperfect tense?
- AR verbjugar – to play
