number of participants by 10% through a wider variety of programsofferedIncrease their diversity by 20% year over year with the final goal to havestaff represent the population we serve.Build new family support data collection and program evaluation.
Improve the safety measures, compliance, and organizationalprocesses by establishing and maintaining the required protocols &procedures. Focus on the Improvement of HR processes and developing &maintaining relevant policies, strategically planning forimplementing future 360 programming.
