The ESP fixed speed screw compressors are designed to meet the high requirements which the

modern work environment and machine operators place on them. As a result, our belt driven ESP 22,

ESP 30 and ESP 37 compressors are extremely energy efficient, quiet, reliable, easy to use, possess

long operating time and deliver optimal air quality.

For these fixed speed compressors, we have generated easy-to-use and accurate drive systems and

greatly invested on developing optimal cooling and ventilation. All these features are of direct benefit

to the users. Maintenance of these compressors is facilitated by having an enclosure with six doors.

Number of special options available makes ESP fixed speed compressors the right choice for producing

high-quality compressed air for a wide range of needs.

Performance of the new ESP fixed speed screw compressor isfurther enhanced by a new cooling system that features separatecooling air flow paths without influencing cooling efficiency.

As a result normal conversation can take place right next to therunning compressor.

From 65 dB(A) as standard

The cleverly engineered enclosure is safe and compact, andabsorbs noise effectively without the need for any additionalparts. Standard package noise level is only 65 - 72 dB (A).

Low noise level allows you to install the ESP compressors onthe work floor and thus saves the cost of a separate compressor

Clear text indicator display

The controller has a four line display with menus and tactilebuttons for easy navigation. Two lines display operating

information such as pressure, temperature, operating hours,etc.while the other two lines display advisory messages, shutdownmessages, recommended part numbers and service contactinformation.

It is the same controller used in Gardner Denver’s VS series,but programmed for load / no load operations with fixed speedcompressors.

Communication and Sequencing

The optional communication module allows the AirSmartTM unitsto talk to each other. This isn’t just an hour-balancing, on/offsequencing scheme. Our controller allows the system to trulyoptimize efficiency because it knows the capabilities of othermachines and orchestrates their operation. The communicationmodule also allows remote monitoring of the VS and ESP units.

This application provides better energy efficiency in part loadoperations.

The belt driven ESP 22, ESP 30 and ESP 37 are fittedwith the unique Gardner Denver inlet valve. Theextremely low internal pressure drop, combined withthe proven ENDURO® Plus 12 air end are a solidguarantee for excellent performance.

The integrated TEMPEST® 12 unit with cyclone pre-separation will provide you with the lowest possibleresidual oil content.

Optimised Cooling System

Upgraded after-cooler provides cool air to the after-treatment equipment.

The cooling air can be easily ducted.
