NOTICE INVITING EXHIBITORS

Subject: Exhibition-cum-Seminar on ‘New Innovations in Medical Field’

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour &

Employment, Govt. of India. The ESI Scheme is implemented across the country in 31 States/UTs applies to

about 7.23 lakh factories, benefiting about 2.03 crores insured person/family units with their beneficiaries which

are over 7.89 crores. The ESI Corporation is providing medical facilities to the Insured Persons and their family

through its 1418/140 Dispensaries/ISM Units and 151 hospitals in all over India. About 8 crores people are

eligible for medical treatment (from primary care to Super-Speciality Treatment) by ESIC.

The ESI Corporation is going to organize an Exhibition-cum-Seminar on ‘New Innovations in Medical

Field’ from 12th – 13th December, 2015 at the premises of EPFO Complex, South Zone, Sector-23, Dwarka,

Delhi.

The objective of this Exhibition-cum-Seminar is training, education and updating of ESIC Doctors,

Teaching Faculty, Senior Nursing Staff etc. about the latest advances/ techniques/ equipments/

innovations/medicines/infrastructure etc. being used or going to be introduced shortly in the field of Medical Care.

ESIC continuously keeps modernizing and upgrading its medical infrastructure to make it state-of-the-art and

update its manpower also with these latest developments.

Companies/Manufactures/Suppliers who wish to showcase/demonstrate the innovations/latest

developments in the field of medical equipments/infrastructure/techniques/medicine/other related aspects etc;

are invited to participate in the above Exhibition-cum-Seminar. The participation fee per exhibitor/company in

the above Exhibition-cum-Seminar will be Rs. 20,000/- (Non-refundable) payable to ESI Fund A/cs. No.-I, New

Delhi in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers’ Cheque. The bare octonom (3 mtr. x 3 mtr.) stall alongwith

electricity will be provided by ESIC to the shortlisted Exhibitors. The interested Exhibitors will be selected by a

Technical Committee of senior medical officers of ESIC for taking part in the Exhibition-cum-Seminar. The

representations of exhibitors will also be given the opportunity to address the seminar, which will be attended by

Dy. Medical Superintendents or/other senior doctors of ESIC from all over the countries (responsible for medical

procurement for their hospitals)

The interested Exhibitors are requested to submit the details of their innovations or latest development

in Medical Field in A-4 size paper only alongwith Demand Draft or Bankers’ Cheque of Rs. 20,000/- (non-

refundable) as stated above in sealed cover in Room No. 314, Dr. Anita Mittal, DMC latest by 30.11.2015

before 05.00 PM. ESIC reserves the right for selection/rejection of the Exhibitors without giving any reason. For
