4. The Agency should be registered with Registrar of Firms and should have minimum of one
year experience for providing trained Staff Nurses to Govt. Hospital/Corporate
Hospitals/Hospitals owned by the autonomous

5. The Agency shall provide the service of trained Staff Nurses and Nursing Orderlies as pe

13. The decision of the Medial Superintendent or his representative shall be final in considering

14. It is mandatory for the agency to
this hospital well within time stipulated as per labour laws by way of ESC/Cheque/RTGS and
not in cash and submit the photocopy of the acquaintance roll alongwith the bill for the
following month as a
payment to deployed staff are not being made as per law, the agency shall have to make
payment to these workers in the hospital premises at their risk and cost in the presence of
an authorized officer of hospital.
15. The agency shall within three weeks of becoming due, submit the proof in support of their
having deposited the contributions to the respective authorities under Provident Fund/ESI
Act and other deductions to the hospital aut

The Agency should be registered with Registrar of Firms and should have minimum of one
year experience for providing trained Staff Nurses to Govt. Hospital/Corporate
Hospitals/Hospitals owned by the autonomous bodies/PSU’s. The attested copy of
Registration form should be attached. The agency having their registered/branch office at
Delhi/New Delhi will only be considered.
The Agency shall provide the service of trained Staff Nurses and Nursing Orderlies as pe
mentioned against Sr. No. 3 (a) to (c) above.
The manpower should fulfill all mandatory qualifications and of sound health. The agency
shall provide a certificate that the manpower (staff nurses/nursing orderlies) deployed in

The agency that will provide the services of manpower shall at all times and for all purposes
be held responsible for giving necessary service benefits to the engaged workers. The
authorities shall have the right to ask for the removal/replacement of any
manpower of the agency, so deployed, who is not considered to be orderly in discharge of
