Students are to work collaboratively in a group of 2s or 3s. Your Task : You are to create a lesson or course plan of a subject or a course that you are currently teaching. Your lesson or course plan should incorporates five interdependent characteristics of meaningful learning environments: active, constructive, goal directed (i.e., reflective), authentic, and collaborative (Jonassen, Howland, Moore, & Marra, 2003) thus would achieve Level 5 Technology Integration Matrix (http://fcit.usf.edu/matrix/matrix.php ). There is no specific format for the lesson or course plan but it will have to include : a) The target audience b) Time frame to complete the lesson or course c) The lesson’s or course’s objectives and outcomes d) Resources and techological tools that students will use e) Instructional techniques to engage learners f) Questions to evaluate the learners understanding of the modules g) An instructional design model to guide you throughout the whole process h) An explanation to justify your choice of lesson/course plan activities or resources or tools i) List of references used. Citation using APA format is a must.
