InTouch OnLine is an Internet based program that allows parents and guardians to see their student’s records. This includes student grades, attendance, health, contact, lunch balance, and testing information.

STUDENT GUIDE
Your school’s SchoolFusion site is located at http://potomac.ms.groupfusion.net.
The school has assigned you a user name which is the word panther followed directly with a number. Your homeroom teacher should have these numbers for you. Your password is your student number.
UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Please go to the site listed above and log in using your assigned username and password. On the left hand side under the mini-calendar, there will be a welcome message. Welcome, “Your Name” Click on “My Personal Settings” under your name. Under Personal Information, add your email address, then hit the
Change Information >> button.
DO not change your Password. Your teachers will not be able to help you if you have login problems if you change your password.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE JOINED TO ALL APPROPRIATE CLASSES, TEAMS AND CLUBS
On the left hand side, under What’s Happening, you will see a list of the classes, clubs and teams to which you belong. All the homework and events that your teachers and coaches put into any of these pages will appear on your personal calendar. You can request to join a class if there are any classes or teams that you should be a member of but aren’t, s. Find that class on your school’s website by going to Classrooms and then Classroom Menu. Once you find your class, click “Join this class” on the top right of the class page. Once the administrator of that class approves you, you will be a member, and all the events will automatically appear on your personal calendar.
YOUR PERSONAL CALENDAR You can access your personal calendar on the left side under the Welcome Box. Once you are logged in, it there should be a My Calendar link under the mini-calendar. You can add personal events (such as friends birthdays) to your personal calendar by clicking on the Add Event link at the top.

CREATING CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL REMINDERS If you have placed an email address in your personal settings you can setup an email reminder for all your homework, tests and events. To do this, click on My Personal Settings on the left side under the Welcome Box. On the right side under Digests and Notifications, click on Setup Daily Digests. Follow the directions and click on your preferences.
Even if you set up automatic reminders, be sure to log on to all your classes periodically to check for announcements, discussions, links, web pages and quizzes.
My Files - Save your work and access it from home and school. At the very bottom of the left column (under the Welcome box), is an area called “My Files”. This allows you to upload homework and other school-related files that you might need to move between computers. Please note that this area is designed for school-related projects only. There is a maximum on this file space, and students are not granted additional file
space unless a request comes from one of your teachers.

You can now get to the file you added to the web page from home or school. If you are opening and changing your document:
ALWAYS Immediately save the file to your local machine after you open a file from the web page. When you are done working, save and close the file, Log into our web page and save (Overwrite) a copy of the updated file to the web page.

FYI – Most parents associated with your class will have an e-mail address but most students will not.

teacher account will see their students listed by class. When you open up a class you will see a list of your students and their parents. If the parent name is blue/underlined you can e-mail them by clicking on their name.

Teachers have parent information in their IGPRO files. This information is updated from SASI and is available in the school and home versions. This information is found by accessing student information in IGPRO.
