Escape! Summer Camp 2011 Student Agreement I, (name)______________________________, agree to comply with the following:
1. I will show respect to staff and leaders on the trip as well as to my fellow campers.
2. I will participate in all scheduled activities on the camping trip.
3. I will assist my team when assigned for kitchen duty and work shifts.
4. I will respect and follow the rules regarding the campsite, including noise restrictions after certain hours, safety regulations, and designated areas for males and females.
5. I will not wander off without the permission or presence of a designated leader.
6. I will not smoke, use drugs or weapons, or bring any of these things or any other
inappropriate items with me on the trip.
7. I will dress modestly and appropriately. I have read and understand these rules for Escape! Summer Camp 2011 and agree to follow them. I understand that failure to follow these rules in any way will result in my immediate return home and will restrict me from attending future Elevate trips.
