WHY CHOOSE THIS COURSE?Governors who are called upon to review exclusions at a Governor’s Disciplinary Committee (GDC) should receive this training to equip them to discharge their duties effectively, as they have a responsibility to review the exclusion in accordance with the law. This training is also useful for supporting the Governing Body to know the questions to ask around exclusions data, in their role as critical friend to the school.
