Ceremony Information
We can accommodate every wish and family tradition for your ceremony, we offer spectacular ballrooms to make your fairytale wedding perfect. Space is available with the following options:
$500 Ballroom rental for up to100 guests
$750 Ballroom rental for 100 -200 guests
$1,000 Ballroom rental for 200-275 guests
If ceremony is in separate space from the reception it must end no later than 4pm
Utilizing hotel chairs without covers are complimentary
Utilizing hotel chairs with covers and ties are $5 each
Wedding Rehearsal the night prior cannot be guaranteed unless the space is reserved
Day of Wedding Coordinator services begins at $1,000

Event Policies Food & Beverage
The State of Tennessee regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. The Hotel is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our policy that no alcoholic beverages can be brought into the Hotel for a Banquet Function.
Menu Selection & Pricing
To ensure every detail is handled in a professional manner, the Hotel requires that your menu selections and specific details be finalized a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to your function.
The pricing contained within the enclosed wedding packages is current and subject to change without notice. Menu prices are subject to 24% service fee and appropriate Tennessee sales taxes to all food and beverage
charges.
Outside Vendors
In the event of deciding to contract the services of a vendor other than those approved by the Hotel, it will be agreed that the Bride and Groom will incur any and all liability on behalf of the selected vendor
and will compensate the Hotel for any loss or damages incurred through the action of the vendors and their designated agents. Proof of Insurance is required.
Guest Attendance
The guaranteed number of guests to be in attendance is required (72) business hours prior to your event. Final attendance cannot be lowered, but may be increased. If the guaranteed attendance is not received
within the above time frame, you will be charged for the most recent estimated attendance or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
