1.1 The opening should be checked for thecorrect size as determined bydimensions listed in the architecturalspecifications and the shop drawings.

1.2 Check all the material upon arrival forquantity and damage.

1.3 Remove any debris that interferes withthe proper installation of the unit.

1.4 If you have any irregularities notifyESWINDOWS.

2.1. Clean the opening from any material that couldinterfere with the installation process and place thedoor into the opening.

2.2. Level the frame in the opening by placing plasticshims. Do not use wood or other types of material.Verify frame squareness and diagonals.

2.3. Use anchor perforations as a guide to drill installationholes on to the opening.

2.4. Attach anchor screws as shown in detail 2.4 starting with jamb screws (A) then head (B) and sill (C)screws. Use weatherproofing silicone D.S. 791 to seal screw heads.

Lateral Adjustment: (Note Lateral and height adjustment can be made simultaneously)Slacken off both M5 Cap Head Screws on all hinges (and ensure they are re tightened afteradjustment). The Door can now be moved one way or the other about the nominal position.

4.1. Snap sidelite on to frame and repeat step 2 for itsinstallation.

4.2. Attach interior trim and vertical sidelite using #10 x3/4" P.H. screws.

4.3. Install head cover as shown in detail 4.4.
