A factor of 7r was forgotten in the fourth-order term of the expansion of the one-loop integral Eq. (A4). The numeri- cal prefactor in that last term should be 3/7r2. Consequently the constant C , in Eq. (3.1) should be replaced by C , /.rr. This changes the constant a in Eq. (3.27) to a= 8.8865. . . .
