ACCOMMODATION Ermedale was built in the 1930’s and has been extended to create a family home which has been lovingly maintained keeping some of the original features. You enter through the red double storm doors into the vestibule and a glazed door opens into the central reception hallway where there is plenty of room for cloaks. The cosy lounge off the hallway has a feature fireplace inset with a living flame gas stove and the picture window takes in the fantastic views. The lounge leads through to the spacious kitchen dining room with wonderful views from another picture window to the front and a window at the rear overlooking the garden. The kitchen area is a cook’s delight with plenty of worktop space, wall and base units, integrated double oven and grill, inset gas hob and dishwasher. The utility area is plumbed for a washing machine and has plenty of room for a tumble dryer and fridge freezer and a useful pantry beside the back door. Ermedale has a quirky design with 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom interconnected via the entrance hall and Jack & Jill bathroom. The master bedroom is to the front with a bay window and door leading into the single bedroom which has a deep storage cupboard and a door into the bathroom. The second spacious double bedroom at the rear of the bungalow has a door into the bathroom and a door into the hallway. The shower room off the hallway is fitted with a white suite and retains the original wood panelling. The Jack and Jill shower room has a large linen cupboard and is currently fitted with a walk-in shower, however there is plenty of room to reinstate a bath. From the hallway a Ramsey ladder pulls down to access the attic which is fully lined and floored with storage cupboards under the eaves, one of which houses the hot water tank and a roof window to the rear.
