Contract term This contract expires on 31/12/2016 unless terminated by us or you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Cooling off period You may cancel this agreement at any time during the 10 business day cooling off period.

Price changes Your prices will not change for the term of your contract.

FEES

Payment processing fee Credit / debit cards are subject to a surcharge of 1.50% (incl. GST) for Visa & MasterCard, 1.87% (incl. GST) for Amex and 2.31% (incl. GST) for Diners Card.

Payment dishonour fees Dishonoured Direct Debit and Cheque payments will incur a fee of $27.50 (incl. GST).

Early termination fee No early termination fees will apply.

Distributor charges You must pay us any charges that your distributor imposes on us in relation to services performed by the distributor at the supply address, which may include disconnection and reconnection charges. Type 3/4 meter fee An additional fee of $3.025 (incl. GST) per day will apply if you have a Type 3/4 (COMMS) meter.

Victorian flexible AMI retail tariffs If this tariff has an off peak component then this tariff may qualify as a flexible AMI retail tariff as defined under the Victorian Electricity Industry Act 2000 and the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI Tariffs) Order in Council (June 2013). The Order in Council relates primarily to residential customer rights and can be located at http://www.gazette.vic.gov.au/gazette/Gazettes2013/GG2013S216.pdf. As a business customer you have a right to revert at any time to our business standing offer. This will mean that your contract under this tariff terminates and you may not be able to receive a further flexible AMI retail tariff from us.
