The charges set out below are valid for articles initially submitted during 2015.Please fill in and send this form to the European Respiratory Society as soon as possible after your manuscript is accepted – failure to do so may delay publication of your article. Email it to [email protected], with the subject line “ERJ Open Research APC form”.You must complete this form even if your manuscript is exempt from author publication charges.
