17 Erica Kilgore, Junior Madame de la Grand Bouche While at LMS, Erica played violin in the pit orchestra during her 7 th grade year and then moved to the stage to perform in the ensemble for 13. Here at LHS, Erica appeared as Ruth in Thoroughly Modern Millie, in the ensemble for Fiddler and now as Madame de la Grand Bouche for Beauty & the Beast. Erica studies violin and voice privately and performs with the LHS Symphony Orchestra and Concert Choir. She also performed in the Lancaster youth Bureau’s Summer Theatre Workshop productions of Les Miserables and Godspell. She takes classes at Walh Studios, and this past summer spent a month in NYC with the NYC Broadway Artists Alliance where she went to Broadway shows, trained to be a “triple threat” and met Tony Award winners and performed for them. Brandon Kozlowski-Eleczko, Senior Stage Crew Before working as the stage left manager for Beauty & the Beast, Brandon worked crew for Thoroughly Modern Millie and Fiddler. He is a member of the LHS Symphony Orchestra, Men’s Choir, and Mixed Chorus. He thanks his friends for “getting him through stressful life”, Mike Brigham for being an awesome stage crew chief, his family for driving him and dealing with the late hours, and to the crew for making his senior year amazing. Rachel MacDavid, Senior Pit Orchestra/French Horn Beauty & the Beast marks Rachel’s first performance in the pit orchestra for an LHS musical, after being part of the stage crew for last year’s Fiddler. Rachel plays trumpet in the LHS Wind Symphony, French horn in Symphonic Band, and mellophone for the LHS Marching Redskins. In the fall, Rachel plans to attend to college to major in nursing. She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her all through high school.

Noah Maciejewski, Senior Beast

Noah first performed in musicals while at LMS where he was JoJo in Seussical and Willy Wonka in Willy Wonka. Here at LHS, he appeared as Underling in The Drowsy Chaperone as a freshman, as the policeman in Thoroughly Modern Millie, as Lazar Wolf in Fiddler, and now as the beast in Beauty & the Beast. A percussionist in Symphonic Band and the Marching Redskins, he also sings with Show Choir, Vocal Jazz, Men’s Choir, and Concert Choir where he is currently serving as Vice-President. Noah studies voice in the studio of Linda Koziol and as a NYSSMA soloist has been selected to several honors choirs at both the County and State levels, including with the prestigious NYSSMA Conference All-State Choir. Noah has also appeared in several Lancaster Youth Bureau Summer Theatre Workshop productions including Joseph, Les Miserables, Godspell, and The Boyfriend. This first-place winner of the Lancaster Teen Idol Contest of 2013 was also voted Class of 2014 “Broadway Bound” by the senior class. Aside from music, Noah has been involved with student government through The Student Superintendent Advisory Council (SSAC) and Student Union, and is a member of the LHS Chapter of National Honor Society. He says “thank you LHS for many years of great memories”. Hannah Mackey, Senior Stage Crew/Stage Right Manager Hannah began working on stage crew when she was a student at Lancaster Middle School for their productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka. Here at LHS, she has been on the crew for The Drowsy Chaperone and Thoroughly Modern Mille, and stage-right manager for last year’s Fiddler and now Beauty & the Beast. Hannah is a member of the LHS Symphony Orchestra, the Marching Redskins, Wind Symphony and CKSO. She would like to thank the members of the stage crew for the unforgettable memories and great times; and her friends and family for their endless love and support.

Zachery Marston, Senior Stage Crew Working floor crew for Beauty & the Beast marks Zach’s third LHS musical, after working floor for Thoroughly Modern Millie and Fiddler. He thanks his parents for “putting up with crazy work days and hours when they had to drive me whether it was in the snow or rain”. He sends thanks to the crew for their support and making this the best year yet.

Erin Michaels, Senior Ensemble Erin first appeared on the stage as an orphan in her 2nd grade production of Oliver! and then as an orphan in her 3rd grade production of Annie. She brings 14 years of dance training at Stage Dances Academy to her performance tonight. Erin also plays piano and guitar, and has sung in choir since she was in 4th grade. She is currently a member of the LHS Concert Choir. Erin appeared in the LMS production of Willy Wonka and in the ensemble of the LHS production of Thoroughly Modern Millie and now Beauty & the Beast. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support.

Christina Morrow, Senior Silly Girl #1 Although her appearance in Beauty & the Beast marks Christina’s first LHS musical, she is no stranger to the stage and performing. She was Grandma Josephine in the LMS production of Willy Wonka, and has appeared in several Lancaster Opera House productions, including Annie, The Miracle Worker, Miracle on 34th Street and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever with the Lancaster Regional Players. She has attended the TVI Teen Actors Camp in NYS, and YPS Hollywood Boot camp in Los Angeles, and takes classes at Walh Performing Arts. Here at LHS, Christina is a member of The Symphony Orchestra and Mixed Chorus. She thanks her family and friends for their support.

Miranda Neyerlin, Senior Chip After appearing in the ensembles of the LHS productions of Fiddler and The Drowsy Chaperone, and as Rita in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Miranda returns to the stage as Chip in Beauty & the Beast. At LHS, Miranda is a member of both the String Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra, as well as Concert Choir. She has also appeared with Show Choir, Vocal Jazz, and Women’s Choir. Miranda studies both violin and voice privately, and is a member of the 2014 cohort of the LHS Academy for the Visual and Performing Arts. Aside from music, she is a member of the Leadership in Acton class and French Honor Society where she serves as Vice-President. Miranda hopes to one day work for Disney as a cartoon character.

Alexis Oczowinski, Senior Mrs. Potts Voted “Broadway Bound” by the senior class, and outstanding sophomore musician by the music department faculty, Alexis is a member of the 2014 cohort of the LHS Academy for the Visual and Performing Arts. She appeared as Muzzy in the LHS production of Thoroughly Modern Millie, as Golde in last year’s Fiddler, and returns to the LHS stage for her senior year as Mrs. Potts in Beauty & the Beast. She is a member of Show Choir, Vocal Jazz, and Concert Choir and serves as a mentor alto for Mixed Chorus. Alexis has been selected three times to the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Area All-State Chorus, and is the female vocalist for the LHS Jazz Ensemble. In the fall she will attend college to study musical theatre. Alexis would like to thank her teachers, mentors, friends and family for consistently pushing her to do her best.

Stacey Peterson, Senior Specialty Dancer/Dance Captain Stacey has studied dance at the Donna Scott School of Dance for 12 years, and was a specialty dancer in the LMS productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka; a specialty dancer for the LHS production of Thoroughly Modern Millie, performed in the singing dancing ensembles for Fiddler and now returns as a specialty dancer and dance captain for Beauty & the Beast. She has always “split her time” between music and softball which she has played since she was four years old. Stacey is a member and Secretary of the LHS Concert Choir. Stacey would like to thank her parents, especially her dad, because he “is my own personal manger and never fails to make me want to do better”. She would also like to thank the rest of her family, and Miss Lynn and Miss Donna for making her the dancer that she is today. Finally, thanks go to best friend and Cousin Ruth for all of her love and support. “This year isn’t the same without you”! To her fellow dancers, remember to hold up your mugs and keep kicking!

Autumn Phillips, Senior Stage Crew/Lighting A three-year member of the LHS Stage Crew, Autumn worked stage-right for the LHS productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie, lighting script for Fiddler, and returns to do the same for Beauty & the Beast. She would like to thank her mom, dad, and sister for supporting her these last three years. “I would like to thank the stage crew for always being there when I needed them most. I can’t imagine my high school years without their love and humor. I will miss each and every member and I wish them all good luck in their remaining years of crew”.

Bryan Rudd, Senior Crony #1 Bryan appeared as Mr. Salt in the LMS production of Willy Wonka, and at LHS in the ensembles for The Drowsy Chaperone, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Fiddler, and now as Crony #1 in Beauty & the Beast. He first sang with the LHS Mixed Chorus where he served as librarian, and now sings with Men’s Choir, Vocal Jazz and Concert Choir where he is again serving as librarian. A NYSSMA soloist, Bryan enjoyed performing with the Senior High Area All-State Choir this year. He is a member of the LHS Chapter of the National Honor Society and German Honor Society.

Sarah Ryszka, Senior Pit Orchestra/Trumpet Beauty & the Beast marks Sarah’s sixth performance in the pit orchestra for a musical in Lancaster. She played for the LMS productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka, and the LHS productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Fiddler. She has played with Wind Symphony and is currently a member of Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, Brass Choir, Jazz Ensemble, and the Marching Redskins. Sarah has enjoyed her internship with the Lancaster Summer Band and Wind Ensemble, and performing with the New York State Band Directors Association, All-County and Area-All State Honors Bands. A member of the LHS Health Care Academy, she has been a Relay for Life chair and is currently interning at the Veteran’s Hospital of Buffalo. She plans on attending college to pursue a career in radiology. Sarah sends thanks to her family and friends for their support throughout the years.

Kristin Schuhmann, Senior Silly Girl #4 At LMS, Kristin appeared as Mrs. Bucket in Willy Wonka and in the ensemble of Seussical. Here at LHS, she appeared in the ensemble of last year’s Fiddler and now as a Silly Girl in Beauty & the Beast. A three year member of the LHS Concert Choir, Kristin has studied voice for several years in the studio of Linda Koziol, sings on the Worship Team at her church and has appeared in Lancaster Youth Bureau Summer Theatre Workshop productions. Kristen is president of the LHS chapter of National Honor Society and is a member of both Math and German Honor Societies. She will attend college in the fall to study psychology. Thanks go out to her family, friends, and “gramps” for all of the love and encouragement, and for “never letting me give up”.

Kati Sherry, Senior Babette Kati was a specialty dancer for the LHS production of Thoroughly Modern Millie, a member of the singing and dancing ensemble for Fiddler and returns as a senior to play Babette in Beauty & the Beast. Kati sings with Show Choir and Concert Choir, and had to opportunity to dance on stage at Kissmiss Bash for Roswell. She has been dancing for 15 years, and hopes to be able to continue that in college. She will major in Early Childhood Education at college in the fall.

Olivia Streit, Senior Pit Orchestra/Violin While at LMS, Olivia played in the pit orchestra for their productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka. Here at LHS, she has played for our productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie, Fiddler, and now Beauty & the Beast. She is member of the LHS Symphony Orchestra and was selected to play in the All-County and NYSSMA Area All-State honors orchestras this year. In the fall, Olivia plans to study marine biology in college.

Gretchen Throm, Senior Pit Orchestra/Violin Gretchen returns to the orchestra pit to play for Beauty & the Beast after playing for Thoroughly Modern Millie and Fiddler. At LMS she played for Seussical and Willy Wonka. Here at LHS, Gretchen plays with the Symphony Orchestra and sings with Concert Choir, and as a member of the LHS Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, has been enjoying doing as internship with the William Street School orchestras. A fine singer, Gretchen has been a member of the Buffalo Niagara Youth Chorus for five years, was on the American Music Abroad 2011 Empire Tour, and was twice selected to the prestigious New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Conference All-State Choir. Gretchen plans to pursue a career in music education, and will begin studying that in college in the fall. Big thanks go out for support from her “wonderful family”.

Allison Urkewich, Senior Ensemble Singing in choir since 4th grade, Allison has appeared in the ensembles of the LHS productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie, Fiddler, and now Beauty & the Beast. She first appeared in the ensemble of the LMS production of Willy Wonka and the Lancaster youth Bureau’s Summer Theatre Workshop production of Nightingale. A NYSSMA soloist, she has sung with the LHS Mixed Chorus and Vocal Jazz, and is currently a member of Concert Choir.

Maxwell Vogel, Senior Cogsworth Max began his theatre work playing in the pit orchestra for the LMS productions of Seussical, and as Mr. Bucket in Willy Wonka. Here at LHS, he has appeared in the ensembles of The Drowsy Chaperone, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and as the constable in last year’s Fiddler. He is thrilled to be appearing as the ‘tightly wound’ Cogsworth in Beauty & the Beast. Teddy, as he is affectionately known, sings with Men’s Choir, Show Choir, and Concert Choir where he is currently serving as treasurer. He has also performed with both the All-County and Area All-State choirs, and plays euphonium with the Lancaster Town Band. Aside from his involvement in the music program, he is also a member of the LHS Chapter of the National Honor Society, as well as the Math and Science Honor Societies. Inducted in to the Lancaster Youth Bureau’s Hall of Fame, Teddy plans to attend college to study Mechanical Engineering. He sends thanks to his family for supporting him in “all that he does”. His favorite color is majestic purple.

Kaitlyn Waclawek, Senior Pit Orchestra/Clarinet Kaitlyn has had the privilege of performing with several honors ensembles at both the County and State levels during her years at LHS. She first played in the pit orchestra for the LMS productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka, and after playing for last year’s Fiddler, she returns for her senior year to play for Beauty & the Beast. Kaitlyn is a member of the LHS Symphonic Band and Symphony Orchestra and is a five year member of the Marching Redskins, this year serving as a section leader. She is a member of the Spanish and English Honor Societies as well as DECA where she recently took 2nd place at a regional competition. Kaitlyn plans to pursue a degree in Business Administration. She sends thanks to her family and friends for their support throughout the years.

Christopher Watson, Senior Stage Crew/Spot Manager Counting his service as stage crew chief for the LMS productions of Seussical and Willy Wonka, and on crew for the LHS productions of The Drowsy Chaperone, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Fiddler, his return as spot manager for Beauty & the Beast marks a “great six-year streak” of involvement with musicals in Lancaster. Chris has been in choir since 4th grade and after serving as vice-president for Mixed Chorus last year, he currently performs with Men’s Choir and Concert Choir. He is also a Bowmansville Fire Fighter. Chris would like to thank his mom and dad for “supporting me through all of this”.

Wyatt Watson, Senior Monsieur D’Arque After appearing in the ensembles of the LHS productions of The Drowsy Chaperone and Thoroughly Modern Millie, and as the Rabbi in last year’s Fiddler, Wyatt appears in his senior year as villain Monsieur D’Arque. Wyatt has sung with the Mixed Chorus and is a member of the LHS Concert Choir. Men’s Choir and Show Choir. You may have seen Wyatt in the Lancaster Youth Bureau Summer Theatre Workshop productions of Les Miserables, Godspell or The Boyfriend. He is a member of the LHS Chapter of National Honor Society and is president of the Science Honor Society. Wyatt owns his own entertainment business “Wacky Wyatt’s”.
