Responsibilities in the Finance Office.
• Looked after all the financial interests of the union
•Was Co-signatory to all union financial transactions
• Draw up and publish budgetary estimates subject for approval by the Union council in consultation
with other secretariats.
• Receiving cash payments from incomes earned from Union projects through the treasurer.
• Making cash payments to other Union Secretariats after approval of requisitions.
• Tracking down accountability of expenditures and incomes of the Union.
• Publishing a comprehensive financial statement at least twice a semester to the Union Assembly.
