Abstract
The objective of this research was to risk assessment of paper flower operators in case study of paper
flower manufacturing. Assessed by ergonomic risk assessmentofthreemethods, whichinclude1) Questionnaire was used to determine discomfort placed on body segments.2) Abnormal Index (AI)was
used to assessand3) Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) was used to assess. The results found that
the questionnaire analysis show that 7.13of operators felt pain on ass,7.00of operators felt pain on upper back, 6.88 of operators felt pain on lower armand 6.75 of operators felt pain on shoulder. The results AI
score was 4.36 meaning that the taskrequiresresolved immediately. And the results of RULA score was 5 ( 0.93) meaning that the task improvement was necessary.
