standing Q2 jinx in Mona-co, Force India driversGiancarlo Fisichella and

Adrian Sutil are now eyeing an en-core in Saturdays qualifying ses-sions for the Turkish Grand Prix.

Both Fisichella and Sutil weregatecrashers into the secondqualifying session (Q2) in Mona-co that allowed them a decentmidfield spot on the starting grid.

Capitalising on that Fisichellaran a wonderful, tactical race tofinish just outside the pointsbracket. The Italian reckons an-other Q2 performance is a prere-quisite to go one better thisSunday. A brand new racingtrack is coming up on East CoastRoad at the Silversands Resort,

just a few kilometres off the Gold-en Sun Resorts. The TRP Racingtrack though is a little differentfrom you what you have in mind,quite literally. The little differ-ence is that the racing will hap-pen exclusively on

radio-controlled scaled-downcars. But dont let the size of thecars fool you these little beastscan easily touch speeds upto 100kmph.

Shivakumar Kamallakharan,the man behind this unique con-cept, shared with Ergo some in-formation on the cars; theNitroGP cars, for example, are ca-pable of running 100+ kmph; the

Buggys and the electric GP carsare capable of running at around80+ kmph.

The cars are 1/10th in scalewith four-wheel drive, individualsuspension with oil-filled shockabsorbers and carbon fibre discbrakes. The cars have sleek tyresand also come with wet weathertyres for wet weather racing. Thevery expensive and sophisticatedRC toy cars come in with so muchdetailing that it would be everyautomobile lovers dream to gethis hands on the remote.

The inspiration for the track forShivakumar comes from a deep-rooted passion for automobiles.RC gaming was his hobby and he

has now turned it into his profes-sion with the exclusive RC racetrack. Apart from being a radioremote engine tunes, Shivakumaralso does street bike mods andengine tuning for racing events.

Shivakumar has special plansfor Corporates for the RC racetrack, including annual member-ship and on-car advertising too.
