NOTES: Activeseason.WeworkedwithFFSaswellasthevarioushurricanes.Matthewpresentedanewchallengebasedonthepathofthestorm,allourassetswere“pinneddown”.Completedexercisesrecentlyandaretryingtobringnewfolksup.Attheheightwehad75teams,65agencies,nearly1,000peoplemovingaround.JohnKohnkebriefonMatthew.$1.8Minclaims.Almostcomplete.ThankstoTJforthehelptrackingthingsdown.Referencethewildfires.Challengeswithtypeofresources,localM/A,RegionalM/A,andStateactivated.ForCollierCountythereare3principalsresponsibleforpayment;Countygovernment,Sheriff,areaimpacted(GreaterNaplesandLehigh).Asofyesterday,askedFDEMfor$1.3M.We’llsee.WehavelearnedalotandJohnencourageseveryonetousethenewspreadsheetsforfutureclaims.JustchangethenameandDON’Tchangetheformulas.
