• CHECK YOUR E-MAILS!!!

• Bring your original invitation/acceptance letter to ICO.

• Fill the Learning Agreement for Traineeships

Before you Leave

• Have a passport

• You need an insurance!!!

• Apply for the visa

• Register for OnLine Linguistic Support

• Open an Euro account

• Send it to cgenc@ipek.edu.tr

While you are there

• E-mail ICO that you safely arrived.

• Don’t forget to have fun

After you come back

• Submit all your original documents to ICO, if there are changes.

• Bring your passport to ICO.
