I am writing this letter hopefully to initiate a ERASMUS BİLATERAL AGREEMENT opportunity between your chemical engineering and our chemical engineering department. I am a student at Chemical Engineering Department, Kocaeli University. I am searching the europe universities for ERASMUS PROGRAMME. I examined the Erasmus programmes of some universities in Europe. Among the universities, your university has many advantages for Erasmus mobility. Because,your university’s chemical Engineering department and some universities in Turkey have a bilateral agreement. I explained all of this to Erasmus Chemical Engineering Departmental Coordinator Guralp Ozkoc. He approved too.

I want to participate at Erasmus programme at your university as well. If an Erasmus agreement is signed between Kocaeli University and University of Wroclaw, can we get the chance of participating at the programme in the first term of 2011-2012?
