GRANTED THAT

The “Certified Coaches in Youth Initiatives : Enhancing professional development of coaches

supporting youth initiatives, developing and testing a new European competence standard

established by MoU ECVET and a transnational common curriculum applied through joint

training events and mobility” is a Key Action 2 Strategic Partnerships for Youth project (KA2

SP Youth) underway within the EU Erasmus+ Programme 2014-20.

The project is aimed to enhance the professional development of the coaches supporting

youth initiatives, by means of developing and testing at transnational level an innovative

European competence standard and a common curriculum and learning pathway in youth work

field, particularly for coaching in youth initiatives, targeted on professionals, people on labour

market or training /studying for youth work, also ensuring recognition and certification of

acquired skills and competences across borders of involved EU countries by applying European

principles and tools for transparency of learning outcomes and qualifications EQF, ECVET and

Europass, and promoting stronger coherence between those and national transparency and

recognition tools.

The project consortium includes education, training and youth organisations, public sector

bodies, and community and civil society organisations, in different EU countries (in Italy, the

VET provider Aris Formazione e Ricerca Società Cooperativa, the social cooperative ASAD

Cooperativa Sociale, the association Arte Cultura e Dintorni, and the regional public

institution competent in VET Regione Umbria; in Hungary, the adult educational centre

Tradenet Global; in France, the local public institution competent in adult prior and continuing

training GIP FCIP de Paris).

More in particular, in terms of objectives and activities, the project:

- has already analysed the youth work professional field across participating countries

(intellectual output O1), the results of studies on competences needed for coaching in

youth initiatives, and of experiences and good practices already implemented for the

development of them, as well as for designing common competence standards utilising

EQF approach, and for ensuring transparency and recognition of learning outcomes

applying ECVET process (intellectual output O2);

- has already defined, capitalising and implementing these results, and applying the EQF

Knowledge-Skills-Competences scheme, the design of a common European competence

standard for the coaches in youth initiatives (intellectual output O3);

- has already formalised this common European competence standard for the coaches in

youth initiatives by means of a Memorandum of Understanding ECVET (intellectual output

O4, MoU ECVET “Coach in Youth Initiatives”, signed in Paris, the 10th of November 2015),

formal agreement between project partners and other interested public institutions

competent on youth and VET, education and training organisations providing learning

opportunities in the youth work field, youth organisations, and community and civil society

organisations active in youth field, at local, regional, national, and European level);

- has already defined a common European curriculum (training standard, intellectual output

O5) corresponding to the common competence standard established by the MoU ECVET

for the "Coach in Youth Initiatives”;

- has already defined (intellectual output O6) the design of the transnational learning

programme with joint training events and mobility to be tested within the project for

allowing to coaches in youth initiatives and other interested persons across participating

countries (10 people: 4 Italian, 3 French, and 3 Hungarian people), the recognition of

learning outcomes accordingly to competence standard established by this MoU ECVET;

- has already defined a common model for individual Learning Agreements ECVET

(intellectual output O7), i.e. the present model to be utilised at the aim of the definition

and signature, by people (persons experienced in coaching activities for supporting young

people engaged in carrying out youth initiatives, professionals in youth work field, people

on youth work labour market or training/studying for youth work) interested to

participate to the transnational joint learning programme for getting the learning

outcomes concerned by the MoU ECVET "Coach in Youth Initiatives", and by education and

training organisation providing the transnational joint learning programme and youth

organisations, and community and civil society organisations active in youth field relevant

for the periods of work-based learning included in the learning programme, describing the

training process in formal, non-formal and informal contexts for obtaining the

certification of acquired learning outcomes and related ECVET credits, in compliance with

the MoU ECVET and with the relevant National and/or Regional rules on VET in force in

territories concerned by the transnational joint learning programme;

- has started the definition of a common model for ECVET credits awarding based on

Europass Certificate Supplement (intellectual output O8), to be issued at the end of each

learning activity abroad included in the transnational joint learning programme;

- has started the process for endorsing the MoU ECVET within the concerned National and

Regional Qualification Frameworks of involved EU countries (intellectual output O9);

- has started the process of organisation of the transnational learning programme with

joint training events and mobility, to be realised in the period September 2016 – February

2017, including the selection of participants and the formalisation of the Learning

Agreements ECVET.

More in particular, this Learning Agreement (LA) defines and describes the conditions for

the mobility of an individual learner. The LA is agreed between, and signed by, the sending

and host organisations and the mobile learner.

Whilst the Memorandum of Understanding provides an overview of the units of learning

outcomes being targeted and sets general conditions for recognising learning outcomes, the

LA provides more detailed information on learning goals and content for an individual learner.

Prior to signing the LA, the sending organisation discussed all aspects of the planned mobility

period with the learner.

Specifically, the LA provides information on:

- involved parties: namely VET providers in the home and host country (as well as any

intermediary organisations) as well as the individual learner;

- duration: of the mobility period;

- current qualification or study programmes: confirming the level of progress thus far;

- targeted learning outcomes: specifically those being targeted during a period of

geographical mobility - in some cases, mobility goals will not not extend to a full unit with

only certain learning outcomes being targeted, with a need for the LA to be explicit in

such cases;

- assessment procedures: criteria, indicators and methods;

- documentation, tools and mechanisms: specifically those able to formally relate learning

outcomes achieved and assessed during a period of geographical mobility;

- validation and recognition mechanisms: goals, actions and key actors.

This LA is based both on common models for Learning Agreement ECVET defined and utilised

within several Leonardo da Vinci projects for transfer and development of innovation to

which participated partners of the Erasmus+ project Certified Coaches in Youth Initiatives

(e.g.: LdV ToI European Nature System : An ECVET process to put in transparency and

recognise across Europe the learning outcomes and the qualifications of the professional

figures in the nature-based tourism sector; LdV DoI CertEnt - Applying ECVET and ECTS to

Certify Learning Outcomes and Qualification of the Entrepreneur in Construction sector; LdV

ToI AgroECVET - Transfer of Innovation to Activate and Implement ECVET for

Transparency and Recognition of Learning Outcomes and Qualifications in the European

Agricultural Sector; etc.), and on the Learning Agreement ECVET examples provided by the

ECVET toolkit European team (www.ecvet-toolkit.eu).

ACQUIS QUE

Les « entraîneurs certifiés dans les initiatives jeunes »: Améliorer le perfectionnement

professionnel des entraîneurs soutenant les initiatives des jeunes, développer et tester une

nouvelle norme de compétence européenne établie par le protocole d'accord ECVET et un

programme commun transnational appliqué par le biais des activités de formation commune et

de la mobilité » est un Action clé 2 partenariats stratégiques pour le projet des jeunes (AC2

SP Youth) en cours au sein du programme européen Erasmus + 2014-20.

Le projet vise à améliorer le perfectionnement professionnel des entraîneurs de soutien des

initiatives de la jeunesse, au moyen de développer et tester au niveau transnational un niveau

de compétence européenne innovante et une voie programme commun et l'apprentissage dans

le domaine du travail des jeunes, en particulier pour l'encadrement des initiatives de la

jeunesse, ciblée sur les professionnels, les gens sur le marché du travail ou de formation /

étude pour le travail des jeunes, assurant également la reconnaissance et certification des

compétences acquises et les compétences à travers les frontières des pays de l'UE concernés

par l'application des principes et outils européens pour la transparence des résultats

d'apprentissage et les qualifications EQF, ECVET et Europass, et de promouvoir une plus

grande cohérence entre ces derniers et les outils de transparence et de reconnaissance

nationale.

Le consortium du projet comprend l'éducation, la formation et les organisations de jeunesse,

les organismes du secteur public et des organisations communautaires et la société civile,

dans les différents pays de l'UE (en Italie, le fournisseur de la formation professionnelle

Aris Formazione e Ricerca Società Cooperativa, la coopérative sociale ASAD Cooperativa

Sociale, l'association Arte cultura e Dintorni, et l'institution publique régionale compétente

dans la formation professionnelle Regione Umbria, en Hongrie, le centre d'éducation des

adultestradenet mondial; en France, l'institution publique locale compétente des adultes avant

et la formation continueFCIP de Paris GEP).

Plus particulièrement, en termes d'objectifs et d'activités, le projet:

- a déjà analysé le travail de jeunesse domaine professionnel dans les pays participants

(production intellectuelle O1), les résultats des études sur les compétences nécessaires à

l'encadrement des initiatives de jeunes et d'expériences et de bonnes pratiques déjà

mises en œuvre pour le développement d'entre eux, ainsi que pour la conception commune

normes de compétence en utilisant l'approche CEQ, et pour assurer la transparence et la

reconnaissance des résultats d'apprentissage appliquant processus ECVET (sortie

intellectuelle O2);

- a déjà défini, la capitalisation et la mise en œuvre de ces résultats, et l'application du

système CEQ connaissances-compétences compétences, la conception d'une norme de

compétence européenne commune pour les entraîneurs dans les initiatives de la jeunesse

(production intellectuelle O3);

- a déjà officialisé cette norme de compétence européenne commune pour les entraîneurs

dans les initiatives de la jeunesse au moyen d'un protocole d'accord ECVET (production

intellectuelle O4, MoU ECVET « Coach dans Initiatives jeunesse »,signé à Paris, le 10

Novembre ici à 2015), Un accord formel entre les partenaires du projet et les autres

intéressés institutions publiques compétentes sur les jeunes et la formation

professionnelle, organismes d'éducation et de formation offrant des possibilités

d'apprentissage dans le domaine du travail des jeunes, des organisations de jeunesse et

les organismes communautaires et de la société civile actives dans le domaine de la

jeunesse, aux niveaux local, régional, niveau national et européen);

- a déjà défini un programme européen commun (norme de formation, la production

intellectuelle O5) correspondant à la norme de compétence commune établie par le

protocole d'accord ECVET pour le « Coach dans Initiatives jeunesse »;

- a déjà défini (la production intellectuelle O6) la conception du programme d'apprentissage

transnational avec des activités de formation conjointes et la mobilité à tester au sein du

projet pour permettre aux entraîneurs des initiatives de jeunes et d'autres personnes

intéressées dans les différents pays participants (10 personnes: 4 italiens, 3 français et 3

personnes), hongrois la reconnaissance des résultats d'apprentissage en conséquence à la

norme de compétence établie par le présent protocole d'accord ECVET;

- a déjà défini un modèle commun pour des accords individuels d'apprentissage ECVET

(sortie intellectuelle O7), à savoir le modèle actuel à être utilisé dans le but de la

définition et de la signature, par des personnes (personnes expérimentées dans les

activités de coaching pour aider les jeunes engagés dans la réalisation de la jeunesse

initiatives, professionnels dans le domaine du travail des jeunes, les gens sur le marché du

travail de travail des jeunes ou de formation / étude pour le travail des jeunes) intéressés

à participer au programme d'apprentissage commun transnational pour obtenir les

résultats d'apprentissage concernés par le protocole d'accord ECVET « Coach dans

initiatives jeunesse », et par l'éducation et organisme de formation dispensant le

programme d'apprentissage conjointes transnationales et les organisations de jeunesse,et

les organisations communautaires et de la société civile actives dans le domaine de la

jeunesse pertinente pour les périodes d'apprentissage en milieu de travail inclus dans le

programme d'apprentissage, décrivant le processus de formation dans des contextes

formels, non formels et informels pour obtenir la certification des acquis de

l'apprentissage et des crédits d'apprentissage connexes , conformément au protocole

d'accord ECVET et les règles nationales pertinentes et / ou régionales sur la formation

professionnelle en vigueur dans les territoires concernés par le programme

d'apprentissage mixte transnational;

- a commencé à la définition d'un modèle commun pour les crédits ECVET basé sur

l'attribution Supplément au certificat Europass (sortie intellectuelle O8), à émettre à la

fin de chaque activité d'apprentissage à l'étranger inclus dans le programme

d'apprentissage mixte transnational;

- a commencé le processus d'approuver le protocole d'accord ECVET dans les cadres

concernés de qualification nationaux et régionaux des pays de l'UE concernés (production

intellectuelle O9);

- a commencé le processus d'organisation du programme d'apprentissage transnational avec

des activités de formation conjointes et la mobilité, à réaliser dans la période Septembre

2016 - Février 2017, y compris la sélection des participants et la formalisation des

accords d'apprentissage ECVET.

Plus particulièrement, le présent Accord d'apprentissage (LA) définit et décrit les conditions

de la mobilité d'un apprenant. La LA est convenu entre, et signé par les organisations d'envoi

et l'hôte et l'apprenant mobile.

Alors que le protocole d'accord donne un aperçu des unités de résultats d'apprentissage

ciblés et fixe les conditions générales de reconnaissance des acquis d'apprentissage, le LA

fournit des informations plus détaillées sur les objectifs d'apprentissage et le contenu d'un

apprenant.

Avant la signature de la LA, l'organisation d'envoi a discuté tous les aspects de la période de

mobilité prévue avec l'apprenant.

Plus précisément, le LA fournit des informations sur:

- parties concernées: à savoir les fournisseurs de formation professionnelle dans le pays

d'origine et d'accueil (ainsi que toutes les organisations intermédiaires), ainsi que

l'apprenant;

- durée: de la période de mobilité;

- qualification en cours ou des programmes d'études: confirmant le niveau d'avancement à

ce jour;

- les résultats d'apprentissage ciblés: en particulier ceux ciblés au cours d'une période de

mobilité géographique - dans certains cas, les objectifs de mobilité ne pas étendre à une

unité complète avec seulement certains résultats d'apprentissage étant ciblé, avec un

besoin de Los Angeles pour être explicite dans de tels cas;

- procédures d'évaluation: critères, indicateurs et méthodes;

- documentation, outils et mécanismes: spécifiquement ceux qui sont capables de relier

officiellement les résultats d'apprentissage obtenus et évalués au cours d'une période de

mobilité géographique;

- mécanismes de validation et de reconnaissance: objectifs, les actions et les acteurs clés.

Ce LA repose à la fois sur des modèles communs pour l'apprentissage ECVET Accord défini et

utilisé au sein de plusieurs projets Leonardo da Vinci pour le transfert et le développement de

l'innovation à laquelle ont participé des partenaires du projet Erasmus + Les entraîneurs

certifiés Initiatives jeunesse (Par exemple: LdV ToI Système européen Nature: Un processus

ECVET de mettre en transparence et reconnaître dans toute l'Europe les résultats

d'apprentissage et les qualifications des figures professionnelles du secteur du tourisme axé

sur la nature; LdV DOI CertEnt - Application ECVET et ECTS à Certifier Résultats

d'apprentissage et la qualification de l'entrepreneur dans le secteur de la construction; LdV

ToI AgroECVET - Transfert de l'innovation pour activer et mettre en œuvre ECVET pour la

transparence et la reconnaissance des résultats d'apprentissage et des qualifications dans le

secteur agricole européen, etc.), et sur l'accord d'apprentissage exemples ECVET fournis par

le boîte à outils ECVET équipe européenne (www.ecvet-toolkit.eu).

TÁMOGATOTT

A "Képesített edzők az ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben: az ifjúsági kezdeményezéseket támogató

edzők szakmai továbbfejlesztése, az ECVET által létrehozott új európai kompetenciaszabvány

kidolgozása és tesztelése, valamint közös képzési események és mobilitás révén megvalósuló

transznacionális közös tanterv" kidolgozása. Ifjúsági projekt (KA2 SP Youth) keretében folyik az EU

Erasmus + Programja 2014-20.

A projekt célja az ifjúsági kezdeményezéseket támogató oktatók szakmai fejlődésének fejlesztése, a

transznacionális szinten történő fejlesztés és tesztelés révén egy innovatív európai kompetencia-

szabvány és egy közös tanterv és tanfolyam útja az ifjúsági munka területén, különösen az ifjúsági

kezdeményezésekben A munkaerőpiacra vagy az ifjúsági munka képzésére / tanulmányozására,

valamint a bevált készségek és kompetenciák elismerését és tanúsítását az érintett EU-tagállamok

határain keresztül a tanulási eredmények és képesítések átláthatóságának európai elvek és

eszközök alkalmazásával, az EQF, az ECVET és az Europass, És előmozdítja a tagállamok és a nemzeti

átláthatósági és elismerési eszközök közötti koherenciát.

A projektkonzorcium magában foglalja az oktatási, képzési és ifjúsági szervezeteket, az állami

szektorbeli szerveket, valamint a közösségi és civil társadalmi szervezeteket a különböző uniós

országokban (Olaszországban, az Aris Formazione e Ricerca Società Cooperativa szakképző

intézményben, az ASAD Cooperativa Sociale szociális szövetkezetében, az Arte A Cultura e Dintorni,

valamint a VET Regione Umbria területén illetékes regionális közintézmény, Magyarországon a

felnőttképzéssel és továbbképzéssel foglalkozó helyi közintézmény.

- Különösen a célkitűzések és a tevékenységek tekintetében a projekt:

- már elemezte az ifjúsági munka szakmai területét a részt vevő országokban (O1 szellemi

termelés), az ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben való részvételhez szükséges kompetenciákkal

kapcsolatos tanulmányok eredményeit, valamint az ezek fejlesztésére már végrehajtott

tapasztalatokat és bevált gyakorlatokat, Az EQF-megközelítést alkalmazó közös

kompetenciaszabványok, valamint az ECVET-folyamatot alkalmazó tanulási eredmények

átláthatóságának és elismerésének biztosítása (szellemi teljesítmény O2);

- már meghatározta, kihasználta és megvalósította ezeket az eredményeket, és alkalmazta az

EQF tudás-készségek-kompetenciák rendszert, az ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben (O3 szellemi

termelés) az edzők számára közös európai kompetenciaszabvány kialakítását;

- az ECVET egyetértési nyilatkozat (az O4 szellemi kibocsátás, az ECVET "Pécsben, 2015.

november 10-én aláírt" edzői ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben "), a hivatalos megállapodást A

projektpartnerek és más, az ifjúsági és szakképzési intézményekkel foglalkozó érdekelt

közintézmények között, az ifjúsági munkát támogató oktatási és képzési szervezetek, az ifjúsági

szervezetek, valamint az ifjúságpolitika területén tevékenykedő közösségi és civil társadalmi

szervezetek helyi, regionális, nemzeti és európai szint);

- már definiált egy közös európai tantervet (képzési norma, szellemi teljesítmény O5), amely

megfelel az ECVET memorandum által létrehozott közös képesítési szabványnak az "Oktatók az

ifjúsági kezdeményezésekbe";

- már meghatározta a transznacionális tanulási program tervezését, közös képzési eseményekkel

és a projekten belül tesztelhető mobilitással, amely lehetővé teszi az ifjúsági

kezdeményezésekben részt vevő edzőknek és a részt vevő országok egyéb érdeklődőinek (10 fő:

4 olasz, 3 Francia és 3 magyar nép), a tanulási eredményeknek az ECVET egyetértési

megállapodásban meghatározott kompetenciaszabványhoz való hozzáigazítása;

- már meghatározta az egyéni tanulási megállapodások ECVET (intellektuális kimenetele O7),

azaz a definíció és az aláírás céljára felhasználandó jelenlegi modellt, az emberek (olyan

személyek, akik olyan coaching tevékenységek során jöttek létre, akik támogatják a Az ifjúsági

munka területén dolgozó emberek, az ifjúsági munka területén dolgozó szakemberek, az ifjúsági

munka munkaerőpiacán dolgozó emberek vagy az ifjúsági munkára irányuló képzés /

tanulmányok), akik részt kívánnak venni a transznacionális közös tanulási programban az ECVET

"Érdekképviselet az ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben" által érintett tanulási eredmények

eléréséhez; Az oktatási és képzési szervezet, amely a transznacionális közös tanulási programot

és az ifjúsági szervezeteket, valamint az ifjúsági területen tevékenykedő közösségi és civil

társadalmi szervezeteket támogatja, amelyek a tanulási programban szereplő, a munkahelyi

tanulás időszakaihoz kapcsolódnak, leírva a képzési folyamatot a formális, nem formális És

informális kontextusok a megszerzett tanulási eredmények és a rela tanúsításának

megszerzéséhez ECVET krediteket, az ECVET Memorandumnak és a szakképzés vonatkozó

nemzeti és / vagy regionális szabályainak megfelelően a transznacionális közös tanulási program

által érintett területeken;

- megkezdte a transznacionális közös tanulási programban részt vevő külföldi tanulási

tevékenységek végére kiadott Europass bizonyítvány-kiegészítés (szellemi teljesítmény O8) alapján

az ECVET-kreditek odaítélésének közös modelljének meghatározását;

- elindította az ECVET Memorandum aláírásának folyamatát az érintett EU-országok érintett

nemzeti és regionális képesítési keretrendszerén belül (szellemi teljesítmény O9);

- megkezdte a transznacionális tanulási program megszervezésének folyamatát közös képzési

eseményekkel és mobilitással, melyeket 2016. szeptember és 2017. február közötti időszakban

valósítanak meg, beleértve a résztvevők kiválasztását és az ECVET Tanulmányi megállapodások

formalizálását.

Különösen, ez a Tanulási Megállapodás (LA) meghatározza és leírja az egyéni tanuló mobilitásának

feltételeit. Az LA-t a küldő és fogadó szervezetek, valamint a mobil tanuló megállapodik és aláírják.

Miközben az egyetértési megállapodás áttekinti a célzott tanulási eredmények egységeit, és

általános feltételeket határoz meg a tanulási eredmények elismerésére, az LA részletesebb

információt nyújt az egyéni tanulók tanulási célairól és tartalmáról.

Az LA aláírása előtt a küldő szervezet a tervezett mobilitási időszak minden aspektusát megvitatta a

tanulóval.

Konkrétan az LA tájékoztatást nyújt az alábbiakról:

- érintett felek: a hazai és befogadó ország (valamint bármely közvetítő szervezet) szakképzési

szolgáltatói, valamint az egyéni tanulók;

- időtartama: a mobilitási időszak;

- jelenlegi képesítési vagy tanulmányi programok: az eddig elért haladás megerősítése;

- a célzott tanulási eredmények: különösen a földrajzi mobilitás időszakában célzottak - egyes

esetekben a mobilitási célok nem terjednek ki egy teljes egységre, csak bizonyos tanulási

eredményekre irányulnak, és szükség van arra, hogy az LA ilyen esetekben egyértelmű legyen ;

- értékelési eljárások: kritériumok, mutatók és módszerek;

- dokumentáció, eszközök és mechanizmusok: különösen azok, amelyek formálisan képesek a

földrajzi mobilitás időszaka alatt elért és értékelt tanulási eredményekre;

- érvényesítési és elismerési mechanizmusok: célok, fellépések és kulcsszereplők.

Ez az LA egyaránt az ECVET Tanulási Megállapodás közös modelljein alapul, amelyeket számos, az

innováció átadására és fejlesztésére irányuló Leonardo da Vinci-projektben alkalmaznak, és amelyek

az Erasmus + projekt igazolt edzők bevonásával részt vesznek az ifjúsági kezdeményezésekben (pl .:

LdV ToI European Nature System: An ECVET folyamat átláthatóvá tétele és Európa-szerte a

természet-alapú turizmus szakképzettségének tanulási eredményeinek és képzettségének

elismerése; LdV DoI CertEnt - az ECVET és az ECTS alkalmazása az építőipari vállalkozói tanulási

Il Progetto “Coach di Iniziative giovani: Migliorare lo sviluppo professionale di allenatori che

sostengono iniziative per i giovani, in via di sviluppo e test di un nuovo standard di competenza

europea istituita dal MoU ECVET e un curriculum comune transnazionale applicato attraverso

eventi formativi comuni e di mobilità” è un Chiave Azione 2 Partnership strategiche per

progetto Gioventù (KA2 SP Gioventù) in corso nell'ambito del programma Erasmus +

programma UE 2014-20.

Il progetto si propone di migliorare lo sviluppo professionale degli allenatori che sostengono

iniziative per i giovani, tramite lo sviluppo ed il testare, a livello transnazionale, un innovativo

standard di competenza europea e un programma comune e un percorso di apprendimento nel

settore dell'animazione giovanile, in particolare per il coaching in iniziative giovanili, mirato a

professionisti, le persone sul mercato del lavoro o di formazione / studiando per il lavoro

giovanile, anche assicurando il riconoscimento e certificazione delle competenze acquisite e

competenze attraverso le frontiere dei paesi coinvolti UE mediante l'applicazione di principi e

gli strumenti europei per la trasparenza dei risultati dell'apprendimento e delle qualifiche

EQF, ECVET e Europass, e la promozione più forte coerenza tra questi e strumenti di

trasparenza e riconoscimento nazionale.

Il consorzio del progetto comprende l'istruzione, la formazione e le organizzazioni giovanili,

gli enti pubblici e comunità e organizzazioni della società civile, in diversi paesi europei (in

Italia, di IFP Aris Formazione e Ricerca Società Cooperativa, la cooperativa sociale ASAD

Cooperativa Sociale, l'associazione Arte Cultura e Dintorni, e l'istituzione pubblica regionale

competente in materia di IFP Regione Umbria, in Ungheria, il centro educativo per adulti

Tradenet globale; in Francia, l'istituzione pubblica locale competente per adulti prima e della

formazione continua GIP FCIP de Paris).

Più in particolare, in termini di obiettivi e attività, il progetto:

- ha già analizzato i giovani lavoro sul campo professionale in tutti i paesi partecipanti

(produzione intellettuale O1), i risultati degli studi sulle competenze necessarie per

allenare in iniziative giovanili, e di esperienze e buone pratiche già messe in atto per lo

sviluppo di loro, così come per la progettazione comune standard di competenza che

utilizzano l'approccio EQF, e per garantire la trasparenza e il riconoscimento dei risultati

dell'apprendimento che applicano processo ECVET (produzione intellettuale O2);

- ha già definito, la capitalizzazione e l'attuazione di questi risultati, e applicando l'EQF

schema di conoscenza di competenze-competenze, la progettazione di uno standard

comune europeo di competenza per gli allenatori di iniziative per i giovani (produzione

intellettuale O3);

- ha già formalizzato questo standard di competenza europea comune per gli allenatori di

iniziative per i giovani per mezzo di un protocollo d'intesa ECVET (produzione intellettuale

O4, MoU ECVET “Coach in Iniziative giovani”, firmato a Parigi, il 10 Novembre 2015),

Accordo formale tra i partner del progetto e altre istituzioni pubbliche interessate

competenti sui giovani e formazione professionale, istruzione e formazione organizzazioni

che offrono opportunità di apprendimento nel campo del lavoro giovanile, organizzazioni

giovanili, e le organizzazioni della comunità e della società civile attive nel settore della

gioventù, a livello locale, regionale, livello nazionale, ed europeo);

- ha già definito un curriculum europeo comune (standard di formazione, produzione

intellettuale O5) corrispondente al livello di competenza comune del ECVET MoU per la

"Coach in Iniziative giovani”;

- ha già definito (produzione intellettuale O6) la progettazione del programma di

apprendimento transnazionale con eventi di formazione congiunta e la mobilità da testare

nell'ambito del progetto per consentire ai tecnici di iniziative giovanili e altre persone

interessate in tutti i paesi partecipanti (10 persone: 4 italiani, 3 francesi , e 3 persone

ungherese), il riconoscimento dei risultati dell'apprendimento di conseguenza a livello di

competenza stabilito dal presente MoU ECVET;

- ha già definito un modello comune per i singoli accordi di apprendimento ECVET

(produzione intellettuale O7), vale a dire l'attuale modello per essere utilizzato al fine

della definizione e la firma, da parte di persone (persone con esperienza in attività di

coaching per sostenere i giovani impegnati nella realizzazione di gioventù iniziative,

professionisti nel settore dell'animazione giovanile, le persone sul mercato del lavoro

lavoro giovanile o di formazione / studiando per il lavoro giovanile) interessati a

partecipare al programma transnazionale di apprendimento comune per ottenere i risultati

di apprendimento interessati dal MoU ECVET "Coach in iniziative giovani", e istruzione e

addestramento che offre il programma di apprendimento e organizzazioni giovanili comuni

transnazionali,e di comunità e organizzazioni della società civile attive nel settore della

gioventù rilevante per i periodi di apprendimento basato sul lavoro compresi nel

programma di apprendimento, che descrive il processo di formazione in contesti formali,

non formali e informali per ottenere la certificazione dei relativi crediti ECVET acquisiti

risultati di apprendimento e , nel rispetto della ECVET MoU e con le pertinenti norme

internazionali sulla formazione professionale in vigore nei territori interessati dal

programma di apprendimento congiunto transnazionale nazionali e / o;

- ha avviato la definizione di un modello comune per i crediti ECVET aggiudicazione in

supplemento al certificato Europass (produzione intellettuale O8), per essere rilasciato

alla fine di ogni attività di apprendimento all'estero incluso nel programma di

apprendimento congiunto transnazionale;

- ha avviato il processo per avallare l'ECVET MoU nei interessate nazionali e regionali di

qualificazione quadri di paesi coinvolti dell'UE (produzione intellettuale O9);

- ha avviato il processo di organizzazione del programma di apprendimento transnazionale

con eventi di formazione comuni e di mobilità, da realizzarsi nel periodo settembre 2016 -

febbraio 2017, compresa la selezione dei partecipanti e la formalizzazione degli accordi di

apprendimento ECVET.

Più in particolare, il Learning Agreement (LA) definisce e descrive le condizioni per la mobilità

di uno studente individuale. La LA è concordato tra, e firmata da, d'invio e di accoglienza le

organizzazioni e il discente in mobilità.

Mentre il protocollo d'intesa prevede una panoramica delle unità di risultati

dell'apprendimento nel mirino e stabilisce le condizioni generali per il riconoscimento dei

risultati dell'apprendimento, il Los Angeles fornisce informazioni più dettagliate sugli

obiettivi di apprendimento e contenuti per i singoli beneficiari.

Prima di firmare il LA, l'organizzazione d'invio ha discusso tutti gli aspetti del periodo di

mobilità previsto con lo studente.

In particolare, il LA fornisce informazioni su:

- le parti coinvolte: vale a dire i fornitori di IFP nel paese d'origine e di accoglienza (così

come eventuali organismi intermedi), nonché il discente individuale;

- Durata: del periodo di mobilità;

- attuali di qualificazione o di studio dei programmi: a conferma del livello di progresso

finora;

- mirati risultati di apprendimento: in particolare quelli presi di mira nel corso di un periodo

di mobilità geografica - in alcuni casi, gli obiettivi di mobilità non si estende ad un'unità
