Fusion’s ER3 offers many solutions to your high end architectural, commercial, retail, hospitality, and luxury residential applications. With ER3, you can achieve any desired lighting application with one universal housing. Each housing is fully adjustable for any desired beam angle while up to 45 degrees. Universal housings allow the ability to accommodate either trim or trim-less round or square trims on the same housing. If there is a last minute design change, you can switch out trims at the last moment to allow for flexibility in any given space. Fusion’s ER3 offers the latest in optional color chip technology to further enhance your application. ER3 can accommodate both Vibrant, Smart Hue, Smart White, and Smart Dimming technology. ER3 offer field changeable optics and can achieve either down lighting, wall-wash, accent, or adjustable lighting layouts for damp or wet location applications.

Fusion ER3’s proprietary hot aiming system allows the LED light source to be positioned at the perfect setting to ensure the proper position of the beam of light before trim is installed. Diode holder is designed to ensure that the center beam of the light source emerges out of fixture at any angled position from 0° to 45°.The universal functionality and full adjustability of the ER-3 Downlight can be utilized as a recessed directional, accent, wet location shower, and downlight in both flanged trim options or vanishing point trim-less options.

VERTICAL LOCKING SYSTEMOnce the Light Source is set at the desired beam angle from 0 to 45 degrees, the light source can be locked in position using the Rigid Screw Lock System. Simply twist the Rigid Screw Lock System until it is tight to lock in place.

HORIZONTAL LOCKING SYSTEMOnce the Light Source is set at the desired horizontal position from 0 to 365 degrees, the light source can be locked in position using a mechanical pressure hand-lock latch. You can position the fixture at any degree on the 365 degree rotational horizontal track.

365 DEGREE ROTATIONEffortlessly rotates on a 365° horizontal rotational smooth slotted groove track system. Using this system can achieve any given lighting effect at any given possible angle. ER3 is a 100 percent directional angle luminaire.

AIMING:Fusion ER3’s proprietary hot aiming system allows the LED source to be positioned at the perfect setting to ensure the proper position of the beam of light before the trim is installed. The Diode holder is designed to ensure that the center beam of the light source emerges out of fixture at any angled position from 0° to 45°. The Diode holder contains degree markings, rotates 365° horizontally and 45° vertically without the use of any tools. The Light Source is lockable at both the vertical and the horizontal plane. LIGHT AND COLOR CLASSIFICATION

CRI is now a thing of the past. With technological advancements we have moved to a more encompassing system with the release of TM 30-15. TM 30 is an excellent publication but takes away from the simplicity CRI has to offer with a 0-100 scale. In the past we tested 8 pastel colors with no representation of saturated color. Working with the Lighting Research Center in New York State, Elite is now testing for Class A color certification. Class A tests the traditional CRI in combination with the Gamut Area Index (GAI), which is saturated color and shades.

The ES3 Vanishing Point Trim-less System is a seamless, flawless and rigid construction which allows for perfect installation. The light source is well shielded within the housing for smooth harmonious illumination. The universal housing can accommodate up to 1 and a half inch ceiling thickness without the use of adapters or elongated collars. By using the ES3 Vanishing point system the visual obstructions have vanished with only the light remaining.

The trim-less plate is constructed of one piece rigid perforated aluminum to allow the mud to adhere to the ceiling to prevent cracking of the ceiling around the luminaire, during and after construction.

The square trim has slotted rotational screw slots, which allow you to adjust for exact precision alignment. The screw holes are tapered to ensure the screws sit flush to the plate. This eliminates indentation of the ceiling line.

The trim-less plate is tapered to allow a smooth transition from the drywall to the edge of the trim.

The trim-less plate securely attaches with four 82 degree flat head screws.

The Open and Lensed Downlight Trims and Trim-less are ideal for general lighting application including damp or wet environments.

The Open and Lensed Adjustable Accent Trims and Trim-less can adjust up to 45 degrees in 1 degree increments. This is ideal for wall washing or accenting the vertical surfaces within a space. These Adjustable Trim options also can be use in wet or damp environments.

The Pinhole downlight Trim is an ideal solution for dramatic accenting. It maintains a tight beam spot to highlight and add drama to a display. The Pinhole Wall Wash Trim also can add drama and tighten the beam on vertical surfaces.

The Slot Trim can tighten the beam pattern and elongate to illuminate a large linear display or artistic element.

Satin Haze is an ideal choice as it has a smooth glare free finish and less specular shine than specular clear. Satin Haze offers a perfect glow from the ceiling.

Specular Clear is a solution when maximum lumen delivery is your concern. By using a highly specular mirro finish, minimum light is absorbed within the reflector.

Black finish allows the luminaire to have a seamless transition into the ceiling, making the light source barely visible.

MOUNTING:Preinstalled bar hangers allow housing to be positioned and locked at any point within a 24” joist span. They can be positioned on either the long or short axis of the housing and can be shortened for 12” joists. They contain a double-headed real nail for secure attachment into the joist. Bar hanger nails are installed on a 20º downward angle for better contact, and the 90º pivoting mounting plate makes installation fast and accurate. Bar hangers can fit onto T-Bar spline with additional slots and holes for special mounting methods if necessary. Butterfly brackets are also provided and are constructed from 18-gauge steel and can be adjusted vertically. Butterfly brackets may be installed with 3/4” or 1-1/2” lathing channel, 1/2” EMT, or optional C-Channel mounting bars are available.

The Fusion ER3-LED is a 3” LED Universal Downlight that can accept Round and Square Trims for both trim and trim-less applications (using an ER3-TL for round or ES3-TL for square trim-less mud ring). The universal functionality and full adjustability of the ER-3 Downlight can be utilized as a recessed directional, accent, wet location shower, and downlight. GENERAL

ACCEPTANCE/GOVERNING TERMS:These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) shall apply to all sales of products by Elite Lighting Inc., a corporation of the State of California. As used in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, “we” and “our” shall refer to Elite Lighting. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Elite Lighting, any different or additional terms and conditions proposed by any customer in a purchase order, response to a quotation, or other proposal are hereby rejected by Elite Lighting and shall not be incorporated into the agreement for sale of Elite Lighting products. Customer’s assent to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be conclusively presumed from customer’s ordering products quoted by Elite Lighting, customer’s failure to object in writing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, and/or customer’s acceptance of all or part of any products ordered. If Elite Lighting is found to have acknowledged customer’s order or proposal, and such acknowledgement constitutes an acceptance of an offer, such acceptance is expressly made conditional on customer’s assent solely to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall form part of the acknowledgement, and acceptance by customer of any products shall be deemed to constitute such assent. If any quotation or other document of Elite Lighting is deemed to constitute an offer to customer, customer’s acceptance of such offer is limited to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

TERMSTerms of payment for all of Elite Lighting products are as follows: All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. An additional fee of 2% per month or the highest lawful rate under applicable state law will be charged by Elite Lighting on all invoices which are past due. Should it be necessary for Elite Lighting to institute formal collection proceedings to collect any past due amounts from customer, Elite Lighting shall be entitled to recover its attorney’s fees and other costs associated with the proceedings. Notwithstanding the acceptance of any order by Elite Lighting, we reserve the right not to ship material to any customer not paying in accordance with our terms or who, in the sole opinion of Elite Lighting, may be unable to meet its payment obligations to Elite Lighting.FREIGHT TERMSFreight will be prepaid and allowed by Elite Lighting on any order totaling $2,000 or more within the limits of the continental United States. Orders not qualified for prepaid freight will be shipped with transportation charges prepaid by Elite Lighting and added to customer’s account, unless other method is requested by the customer. Partial shipments will be made at the discretion of the customer, provided the customer pays excess freight. When Elite Lighting bears the cost of shipment, we reserve the right to ship all orders in one complete shipment. Partial shipments may be made at our discretion. Elite Lighting will not be responsible for storage charges or cartage charges beyond the destination address acknowledged by Elite Lighting. All shipmentswill be made via carrier selected by Elite Lighting reserves the right to choose origin of shipment and routing.DIRECT SHIPMENTSElite Lighting reserves the right to refuse the request of any distributor to make direct shipments of products to any destination outside the regular or assigned sales and service area of the distributor.MERCHANDISE AND CLAIMS TERMSUnless otherwise noted, sales of Elite Lighting Products will be F.O.B. factory. Title and risk of loss to all products shall pass from Elite Lighting to our customers upon execution of a bill of lading or tender of freight to carrier’s agent or customer’s agent, whichever shall first occur. When shipments of Elite Lighting products are to be made via company truck, title and risk of loss to the products shall pass to our customers at time of delivery to the final destination or to the forwarding carrier. All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made by customer to both the carrier and Elite Lighting within 5 working days.DATE OF SHIPMENTShipping dates are approximate and are based on conditions existing at the time of Elite Lighting’s receipt of customer’s firm order and full information. Elite Lighting will in good faith endeavor to ship by the estimated shipping date but it shall not be responsible for any delay or any damage arising there from.RETURN MERCHANDISE TERMSNo merchandise shall be returned by the customer without prior written consent and authorization in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), which has been issued by Elite Lighting expressly for the merchandise to be returned. This RGA will be issued at the sole discretion of Elite Lighting and must be requested by the customer within 90 days of the original shipment date. Returned merchandise must be in its original sealed cartons. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition in order to qualify for credit.
