IN UAE- DUBAI

Building Consultancy:-

2002 October to 2004 September, Asst Resident Engineer (ARE), Associated Consulting

Engineers Intl. (ACE Intl), Dubai, UAE

Consultant reporting to Resident Engineer (RE) for the execution of a 154 million AED

projects of Dubai Municipality DS 116. Work execution with strict adherence to quality

standards approval of the work, bill preparation for payment etc. Duties includes linking our

Consultants office with the site and prepare the revised drawings etc.

Worked as Civil Engineer (Buildings) in the prestigious Palm Jumeira. Designing and

consulting of Plumbing works for the buildings in the sea. I have participated in concept design

and initial project implementation of Dubai Festival City.

Building Contracting:

2004 October to 2006 September

Project Manager (PM), SembCorp Engineers and Constructors, (Singapore’s biggest

Construction Company), Dubai, UAE. Contractors for 450 Million AED project for

construction of 36 nos of multistoried buildings in Jabel Ali free Zone. Duties were to manage

the work in 12 buildings with Project Managers, Consultants, Fire & Safety Officers. Negotiate



with the subcontractors and manpower suppliers. The objectives was to get the maximum

productivity and in charge of billing and payment arrangement. Worked from the beginning till

handing over of the project in 20 months.

Salary: AED. 40,000/- pm + perks.

Reason for leaving to India: Some family affairs. My physical presence was required here.

Kochi was emerging as a real estate hub in South India.
