Available globally since 1986, Equus Novaglass membranes have proven their durability in NZ for over 20 years.They are suitable for all types of roof structure and can also be used to upgrade existing flat roof areas without the need to remove the original waterproofing. Suitable for all roof substrates. Thermal insulation boards can be included in any Equus Novaglass system to give a cost effective highly insulated warm roof that meets the latest building standards.The UV resistant membranes are easily installed by traditional torch-on application, but Novaglass can also be installed entirely without using naked flame, which is perfect for those difficult roof retrofit projects.Equus Novaglass offers the building owner an attractive coloured slate finish, provides protection against all of New Zealand’s demanding weather conditions and of course comes complete with a full Equus Novaglass material warranty.

Available Colours:The Polibit Mineral Membrane System consists of a Polibit Mineral cap sheet torched to a 3mm self adhesive (SBS) base sheet, to form a two layer waterproofing membrane system suitable for flat roof waterproofing.Polibit Mineral membrane is a plastomeric, modified bitumen (APP) membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester and fibreglass reinforcement. The upper layer is coated with coloured slates to provide an aesthetically pleasing finish, suitable for roof waterproofing.This system can be used on plywood or concrete substrates to form a standard cold roof system or over thermal insulation board to provide a warm roof system.
