General
Scope of application and target group
The development of the Epson Meeting Creator (EMC) was prompted primarily by the need to provide Epson’s sales force with an efficient way of accessing crucial marketing materials they might need to prepare for any type of meeting with customers and partners. In essence, it allows Epson’s sales force to prepare every resource efficiently, carry it all on one device, and not require internet connectivity once at a meeting. With these aims in mind, the Epson Meeting Creator is available for multiple platforms and will place all potentially-needed assets in the hands of the user at the touch of a button.

Content structure
Most of the content available in the EMC is hosted and fed by Neon, our product content management system. The EMC does not host its own content; instead all content displayed is hosted on existing Epson systems and websites. The aim is not to create yet another content management system but instead provide one tool to access the content in one place. See the below table for a detailed content structure mapping:

My Meeting Content
General
The My Meeting Content functionality gives the user the possibility to prepare marketing materials for an upcoming meeting and store it in the EMC environment to present it at the customer/dealers/partners place. When using the iPad or Desktop version of the EMC, the meeting preparation can be downloaded and allows an offline presentation of the content. The Browser version does not allow the offline usage and requires an active internet connection.
Available content
When preparing for a meeting the following content is available to be selected:
1. Vertical market materials
Brochures
Case Studies
Presentations
Videos 2. Product related materials
Complete product details and materials
How it works
To prepare for a meeting, the user has the choice to select one vertical market and multiple product categories (step 1). Based on this selection, the EMC will suggest matching materials and products for the user to select from (step 2). Once the selection is completed, the EMC will save and download (only on iPad and Desktop version) the materials and make them available to you (step 3)

Troubleshooting
Supported browser versions
The Epson Meeting Creator is compatible with the latest browser versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 10 or higher) Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Epson Citrix users can use the Firefox version provided in the Citrix environment if no local browser is available.
Mobile phone usage
The EMC is not supposed to be used with mobile phones. Even though some mobile browsers support the application, the layout and functionalities are not developed to work on resolutions smaller then common tablets devices.
How to get access to the EMC
Access to the Epson Meeting Creator is only permitted for Epson employees using their Portal/Neon account to login. In case you do not have an account yet please register here: https://neon.epson-europe.com/uk/en/content/account/registration/epsonemployee.php
Forgotten password
Please use the Forgot Password function to reset your password.
I cannot edit my Meeting Content
Prepared meetings currently cannot be edited. The option is to change the name of the meeting preparation. Changing the content of the meeting is not possible; instead a new meeting needs to be created. This will be taken into account at a later version.
I cannot find content in my local language
First make sure to check the language set in the settings. The EMC will always show you English content + the local content of the language which is set in the settings. If there is still no local content shown then there is either not content in your local language available or the content is not correctly setup in the hosting system. Please contact the content owner to check the setup of the local content and make sure it is enabled for the EMC.
How to submit feedback and suggestions
Please send any feedback to [email protected] or raise a resolution request in the area Internet > Meeting Creator Tool.
