Log into myOhio.gov using your State of Ohio User IDand OAKS Password.
If you need to reset your OAKS Password, or if you needassistance logging into myOhio.gov, please contact theOAKS Helpdesk at: 1-614-644-6625 or 1-888-644-6625.
Under the Self Service Quick Access section, click on the myCCC button.
After clicking the myCCC button, you will be taken to an authentication screen. This is the same authentication screen that is used to access email from a remote location.
Enter your username. This will be in the following format: [email protected].
Enter your password. This will be the same as yourOAKS Password.
Once you have entered your log-in criteria, clicksign in, and you will be directed tothe ePledge site.
If you need further instructions on how tocomplete your pledge using ePledge, click on the“How to Pledge Online” tab at the top of theePledge home page.
